Don't be fooled by this as it has the "yellow" name....its INSANELY SPICY. Couldn't even eat it

Ok so I tried this just yesterday. So yes it is very hot which was not a problem for me as I’m very accustomed to food cooked with peppers. It does have a bitter aftertaste but that can be remedied by adding more 1 x water(or to your taste) and salt. It was really good. Ate almost all and about to eat the little leftover today. Their green curry is fabulous and not as “spicy”

To help with the spicy and bitterness, I added about 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and agave nectar and 3x more water than suggested on the box, along with the other seasonings and it taste wonderful
