May Allah’s Peace and blessings be on Hazrat Maryam and her family.
“We were designed to be worshippers,” SubhanAllah. Worshippers of Allah.
“We must accept the decree of Allah.” (Sometimes the toughest struggle).
“Would be wrong to treat a woman as a man.” (Agreed 100%). “Both are different from each other.”
Love the example of the elderly on a train--that they must be treated with due respect for their difference.
“You don’t get to design your child.” Allah does.
Accept the child and teach them to be worshippers of Allah.

Such a wonderful lesson mines when she says pray in congregation for women as maryam as was told to do so but perhaps ustadha forgot we follow shariyah of Muhammad saw and his khalifa and if they changed anything we have to follow that nkt what previous ones did
It is disrespectful to the speaker to walk in front in front of her while she is speaking.

Very good lecture, learnt a lot from sister. Please do not take this the wrong way I don't think the full information was given to the young girl of why men and women are different. When you look at the girl's face she is still unsure. Having male jobs or boys toys is different to what the girl was asking.
Sister pls give some guidence to bringing up children in today's word.
Be a role modal for them.

If i could explain it in simple language to u ... It's a niqab ...face is part of (zeenat) i.e beauty that needs to be covered from non mehram.
@@forevermonotheist thanks for the reply. But some muslim women don't cover their faces. Is it a duty to cover the face like that? Who should we follow as women.
