Bro, this is why I love your content, you're the type of player who cares about the health of the game and your champion, Rakan is in a stronger spot right now because of the buffs but in an unhealthier spot overall and deserves to be fixed due to it.
I couldn't imagine another league content creator talking about their own main needing a nerf.
I like that you mentioned the FACT that rakan is a very fun champion. Because that's literally the reason why I continued playing rakan and decided to main him, despite my friends asking me to play other champs. I honestly think it's really cool you think about league as a game over the thing it has turned into
Bro, whataheck rakan Q now is so interesting and the ap buffs are also so danm nice for lane and other different lanes like top or mis, its so much fun and not just a "Low Skill Floor" Thing
The Q buffs are encouraging people to stay behind in lane and throwing it again and again the whole lane without never engaging, which is literally unhealthy for the champion that was intially designed to be a diver, + making the champ better in mid and top is exactly what Phreak was hoping to not accomplish when designing those changes in 13.3, his engage became so much weaker by nerfing his W damage, and no the ratios arent helping at all since rakan is supposed to be built with defensive stats and cdr, you would need ≈200 ap to make up for the damage they nerfed, which rakan will never have by building the right way.
@@Plink12334 thats a way to play. if people like this way, thats nice, if dont ok, its a way to play with the champ, i am Mono Rakan and Shen and i know that engage is pretty nice, but there is certain lanes that engage will make you die, or poke lanes that will make you die without even engaged, so at least you have a decent amount of heal on Q to be more safe on these kind of lanes. Not just because there is people that don't know how to play with a character or play in a different way, thats means you need to nerf the champion, its like you are nerfing a champion beacause you are an intolerant person and want people to play in only one way, where is the fun of making different builds? Different gameplay styles? Bro its just a Q, Rakan Q was -1 ability because it was so danm bad in damage and heal, and now the rakan community say "OMG rakan players are bad because they use the Q when they don't seem to be safe when they are trying to do an engage", now with this buff rakan can actually play against morgana, not the best matchup but now it is playable. Get lost and play the champion the way you want to play. PS: usually, rakan makes items that give both CDR and a percentage of AP, so unless you're just playing tanky, which has never been the most famous or 100% efficient way to play rakan, you're still taking advantage of the buff because you will have more damage and higher ap stats to be considered in the math of the skills.
