I think the SP rune is pretty decent for killing trash with characters like Leene, who have all enemy attacks that can destroy basically every trash mob. Other than that, can you say "Rune of Mighty Power?"
Concerning the lv hop tip.. what about the characters that are already at high lv, say 60. Do you have to grind to get them at 99? I see most (if not all) your characters are 99- how did you get them there?
For the record, I haven't bought the game yet, I plan to do so when I return from work on September (I am a seaman). I am a Suikoden 1,2,3 veteran and I remember it was hard or nigh impossible to get high lv characters up to 99 once they had passed a certain lv threshold.
I just did a fight in the tower at level 60. It's pretty abusable honestly. I did a short thst should explain it better than I can right now
how you did you do the seign part where you have to get 4 dragons with hard diff? by the fourth, only one recovery left with 80 mp,,, and with one aoe attack from the dragon, their hps... are almost gone. so without second cannon,,, it's something i can't do
It was a miserable part of the game.
The strat I used was not to heal even once until the final fight. Characters auto revive between fights and I only needed the healing to best the final fight.
I just accidentally duped some items and found out there is an item dupe glitch. Lol.
