    I find these in Kentucky my whole life, almost always under rotting logs that are still heavy but kind of sinking into the ground a bit, like where you’d expect to worms or maybe a mole salamander. Very damp lots of worm castings, I would think these were generally areas too, never wet areas tho. I imagine that they would love it if you could find a chunk of hackberry or cottonwood that’s in that phase of white rot and add it straight on top of that.

    I know cocofiber is bad, like just coco fiber but what if it's just a component? Like I do ABG mix with a bunch of rotted and crumbled up maple and oak leaves as well some calcium powder and egg shell with big chunks of rotted wood with my ivories scarlets and bumblebees and they love it. Would that not work with these?
