i dont know if you fixed this yet, but if you didn't this is probably an error with the encryption key. Try by going to the Frosty files and delete "nfsheat.key" and after use the encryption key once again

try verifing the game files in the EA app and scan for it again. If still doesnt work, i recommend you to go on the UNITE discord server and they will help you with all mod problems you could have discord.gg/3F6vEyp
its been some time since i used to mod nfs heat but i think when EA launcher went out there was a newer version of the mod manager. The one i used in this video is probably outdated. Try using other versions of the Frosty Mod Manager maybe that will help
do you use any other mod? if yes, try changing the order of the mods. Its pretty hard to say what could be wrong without clues, but i suggest you go to the UNITE's discord server. They can 100% solve any problem u have involving modding nfs games

Only people with poor driving skills will use the mod, this mod can only be used in single player mode, if it is a multiplayer race it will be disabled and traffic will appear
