Today I’m covering a very important and busy route in the Middle East: Dubai to Cairo.
There are many Egyptian expats in the UAE, most of us residents will work with or have friends from Egypt.
There are only 2 choices of airlines to fly to Cairo, and Egyptair is one of them.

Great video again! I heard mix comments about Egyptair, but this looks really good! Cairo city is something else, little bit too crowded for me lol😄
It was very good. I also heard a few things about them, and I had a not so pleasant stay on board some years ago, but this time it improved a lot!

There currently are not many airlines operating out of DWC. Back in 2019 there were some. Let’s see.

Also a fantastic video!!🤗😎 I tryed a different airline from Egypt and that was AMC Airlines,i flown with them back in 2014..Crew was 10/10 but service,seat and cleaness was horrible.. that plane that time was only 3 years old,but i wish to try Egyptair one day.. I really like Egyptair livery! The efficiency 😳
They have great safetydemo,but my favorite is New Zealand (Hobbit,Lord of rings) mr.everywhere is everywhere! What camera do you use? The meal looks great!!

AMC..I remember that one. Never flew with them though.
And still have to fly on Air New Zealand. My favorite demo is Virgin Atlantic though. Always fun and very random.
My camera is just the iPhone 13 Pro Max. I don’t use my expensive equipment as it just takes time. With iPhone I just air drop it all and edit on the go.

Thank you for sharing, very interesting to see Egyptair 320 neo service DXB - CAI. I only now 777 Emirates service to CAI a couple of years back.
They even send the A380 twice a day!
And EgyptAir also sends some occasional B787.
What nice to fly to Cairo, got a make it once. Great seats and sure I do not mind with a 'dry' flight !🙂

Quite a pleasant n smooth journey it seems...320 is a lovely aircraft..i was in an A320 last week n returned in a 777-300....being in the skies brings an adrenaline rush.....nice video Alex

Specially in Saudi Arabia you can see vast farms in the middle of nowhere..
During the taxi to takeoff, 6:43 there is a Emirates B777-300 which I flew on to Lisbon registered A6-EGW. Nice to see it on a CZcams video! 😊

I would say so! The last country going strong with Covid prevention was Spain and they just dropped their mask mandate yesterday.

Around 10:06 there’s a PIA A320 parked next to the BA A380. The unique PIA livery is a mix between MEA’s livery on the fuselage and PIA’s tail painted.

Brilliant brillliant product and the landing, WOW SHORT OF WORDS. Now try druk NEO, no business up there as you said but you just need to fly there to try Druk and the best approach. Do fly from bkk or sin as more chances of NEO than KTM or DEL, plus longer flight

Nice video. Why must the cabin crew be alerted to the raising of the landing gear?
It marks the end of a critical period (take off) where they’re not allowed to contact the flight deck as it would be a big distraction. After the landing gear is raised the pilots could answer a call in case of emergency.
This procedure might vary airline to airline, but this is generally it.

UK and the UAE have a very strong diplomatic relationships for the past hundreds of years.
There are insanely many Brits in the UAE and those who go beyond. Emirates alone flies 10 times a day between London and Dubai. And always full!

somehow I got the impression that Egypt air is dirty and rundown and bad service.. and always avoided that airline. maybe I will give it a try in the future? St regis hotel in cairo is one of my favorites, the lounge, the library and the singapore restaurant in there are all great. But that was several years ago, and the buildings in cairo gets dirty and rundown real quick

Why do you want to see their pretty faces for?
You can’t film people without their consent. And now you also mostly can’t without permission from airlines. It’s penalized in many countries. I know some vloggers do it but it’s against the will of others.
I’ll write airlines at some point once the channel is bigger.

At 7:51-8:33, what more do you want out of DXB to satisfy unhappy AV Geek people when you have B777-300ER and A380 widebodies taking off simultaneously on a busy rush hour????
Is Emirates ordering A350 replace the 777-300ER by any chance or using them for other routes?
I think it’s for a bit of both! The A350 would be a great fit for destinations that require less passengers but plenty of cargo.

Hello, I am an Egyptian. If you want to fly EGYPTAIR again, it's okay, but don't fly the a330 the old 737-800 or the 777-300ER. They are very bad. EGYPTAIR soon will receive its first A350 and 737 max 8. I recommend you try those planes.

Severe turbulence never, moderate quite a few times. Perhaps 5 or so.
Moderate is when stuff fall over and might break but no people flying around and getting injured😂

i love flying on Egypt air, YOU HAVE A TV CHANNEL, A NICE MEAK AND COFFRR EXT. WENT TO BRITISH AIEWAYS, NO TV, GOT A TINY BOTTLE OF WATER AND SMALL PACK OF CHIPS. Coffrr was 12 oound uk. seats do nor reclaine and are plastic, No way, i;ll sticj wu=ith be Egypt air.

It can plainly be seen that the tray tables and the seat back pockets are dirty. I would not want to eat a meal or snack or work on the tray table. As far as the back seat pockets ufff.. If airlines are going to operate with this filth give passengers disinfectant wipes so they can clean their area before and after use.
I didn’t really touch the pocket as it was dirty indeed. But everything else was clean. I’ve seen far worse on other airlines so this was allright.
The wipes I always bring myself in case of absence so it went all well. Thanks for watching!
@@TheLayoverAviation I also but we as consumers need to hold airlines accountable. The pandemic has slowed standards to fall drastically. People work harder for less these days. Everyone needs to step up. Of course passengers should also be held as accountable as flight staff
