Remember when I said, "No rings until necessary"? Well it's necessary now. The optional bosses at this point in the game have VERY hard hitting skills, and I need lots of health to survive them. I'm going to try and to only use Vitality rings, but that may change with Seth.

Like Shiva, Vishnu's shifts his resistances. But, he does it depending on how the player attacks. When Vishnu is hit with a magic attack, he will shift to the opposite of what was used.
So this is how it works.
Physical Form - Absorbs Physical, & Gun (Vishnu will stay in this form if not attacked.)
Ice Attack = Fire Form - Absorbs Fire, Nulls Ice
Fire Attack = Ice Form - Absorbs Ice, Nulls Fire
Force Attack = Elec Form - Absorbs Elec, Nulls Force
Earth Attack = Force Form - Absorbs Force, Null Earth
Elec attack = Earth Form - Absorbs Earth, Nulls Elec
Don't bring two Magic skills that are opposite of each other. Like Fire, and Ice.
Once Vishnu has taken a certain amount of damage, his behavior will change a bit. He will start to use Chaturbhuja. Which he will use a lot. Even if he is hit with a magic attack, he may not shift. So make sure, to always end your party turns with full health just in case. The only real counter to Chaturbhuja is lots of health, Null Critical (for obvious reasons), and luck. However, you can get away with stacking buffs/debuffs 2x. Which obviously helps a lot.

bruh how can an almighty attack be 1-15 hits but heres the thing if your soloing its 1-2 hits null critical useful

I think there's a karma ring that helps with resisting almighty

Yes there is if you defeat Huang long in dds 1 and reload the save file in dds 2 you will get it in egg in a mandatory encounter the dragon ring which gives the one who has almighty resistance

vishnu is really weird among Resistance Shifting Bosses
he nulls ice when he uses fire for instance
i guess that's what happens when your game's element system is an ODD NUMBER (5), whose idea was this?

at least it's not shiva who doesn't indicate his resistances with his moveset at all as i said in the previous video
