    How’s the price compared to regular store bought bacon. Is it cheaper to do it this way you think?

      Bout the same now that meat has gone up. But it will be a huge money saver if you raise pigs or shoot wild ones.

    if it is just hanging in the house at room temperature, is there any steps you would take to keep flies away or is that not a problem?

      Flys don't mess with cured meat. But putting pepper on it will even stop em from landing on it
