Mix the tea with the lime green Gatorade. Listening to him cry while pumping works too. Oatmeal is perfect and anything with coconut milk or water works too. The elvie brand has milk catchers that work wonders for leaking I got mine from target.
Yuck lol. I really don’t like that tea and green Gatorade is a negative. I do everything else except coconut water hate it the body armor has some in it which is just fine. Thanks ❤

Hey Astrema. Oats, lots of water and Malta drinks helped my breastmilk increase a lot. Also, my daughter had a hernia and I massaged it with olive oil and or went down

Great vlog Astrema!! Baby boy Makai is just too adorable. Now he's looking just like his daddy he still looks like Mila a little! I know Body Armor sportsdrink is really good, and it definitely brings your milk down more!! Try the different flavors. Hello my love. Baby boy is so stinking cute !!! He looks like his daddy and Mila. I remember watching your videos when Mila was a baby. You’d put her in her high chair and make her food. She was eating the rice baby cereal with formula. I’m glad you and your family are doing well. You , your mom and your sister are so beautiful. I see Lakeef ( forgive me if I spelled his name wrong ) he’s a proud daddy to his son. As for taking braids out, I feel you boo. I just took mine out and washed and conditioned my hair and brought a pony tail to give my hair a break from the braids. Take care love you guys. See you on the next vlog. ❤❤❤

Hey Astrema, our nephew is getting so big. He has a head full of hair. Did you have heartburn with him? Get one of those baby holders, the one that you put around your body. So that way you can be hands-free when you are poring your milk. He is so handsome again. Congratulations on your bundle of joy.
Hey! Yes I had heartburn with both of them but Mila didn’t have as much hair as he does as a newborn so it’s just a myth..

Im also exclusively pumping and my son is 7 weeks . I do body armor lyte for less or no sugar and I eat Oreos cuz the girlies say they help. Good luck on the journey

I can’t believe how fast time flew. I started following you when Mimi was a baby and now you’re married❤ I’m so happy for you. Why did a you delete all the older videos ?
Time really flew. I mentioned in a video while back that I had to delete the older videos to get my comments back when CZcams took them away.

My son had an umbilical hernia too and doctors kept telling us it’ll go away by age 1 then someone said it was 2 then it was 4. As he got older it became bigger and bigger to the point where it would hang out of his shirts or sometimes we couldn’t properly fit pants on his waist. Unfortunately when he was 22 months it became impacted one night and he was in excruciating and we told the doctor we’re not leaving the hospital until they do the surgery because they were still trying to send us home with just pain meds rather than fixing the issue smh. He’s perfectly fine now and his belly button looks great. Say all that to say, most times it does not go away on its own so don’t let the doctors push you off. It’s better to do the surgery when they’re younger and not in the active toddler stage for recovery purposes.

Tucks is such a rip off, lol... Better off going to your local corner store and purchasing a bottle of Witch Hazel and use a soft terry cloth and it will do the same but cheaper.

Ypu can place baby to breast after he bottle feeds and he is less fussy. Look up pace bottle feeds. Pacing bottles helps to reduce the flow of milk so baby gets used to the slower flow of the breast
I tried this a few times and it worked for a little and then he would get fussy 😩

Hi Astrema, to relieve some of your stress and be hands free, please try
Those baby carrying wraps, and use
A cloth receiving blanket between you
And baby to keep u both cool and sweaty free, a funnel can help you
Not to spill your blessed milk from YAH,
And when I had my first child, she had
And outty belly button, so I brought a
Bag of cotton balls and Q tips, clean
Belly button with soap and water dry
Belly button then, use Q tip with alcohol
Then pull apart half of the cotton balls
Roll it into a ball dipped in rubbing white Alcohol, tucked the babies bellybutton in with ur finger or use the
Q tips to push in his navel back in shape, place the cotton ball with alcohol over bellybutton, you can
Use a plastic clear cap for those
Water bottles the flat side pushes
The bellybutton in with some sticky
White hospital tape or whatever you
Get to hold the wet cotton ball and
Cap on his belly, two or three weeks
With alcohol, cotton ball with the cap
And tap only until you see that his belly button will stay in when he cries or sneezed, repeat until you see progress
And no more outty belly button, so children take longer some take less time to mold in shape, patiently pray
And wait on YAH'S working gift & Grace. Peace and blessings to you.
