Be careful with certain teas because for example fenugreek can help some women produce more milk but others it can dry them out. I’d suggest power pumping sessions to increase your milk supply since baby boy is no longer interested in latching. Congratulations on your newest addition to the family may your family receive endless blessings ❤️

My youngest just turned 4. Never got one. We will see if I get one for this baby in September...though I did buy myself one just incase.

I was diagnosed with PCOS and really believed I couldn’t conceive. Also due to never being pregnant but I literally focused on my health ate healthier and worked out consistently. I literally made myself fertile, I got pregnant so fast. Also had the shortest menstrual in my life! I’m 29 and expecting my first baby in October. It’s possible we just gotta focus on healthier habits♥️

What helped me with my milk was coconut ANYTHING lol if you can when you cook try to use coconut oil some people eat it right out the jar but that was too much for me. I also got these hot patches from target to help stimulate while pumping, I can’t recall what the item is called but the brand was lansinoh. I hope it helps 💙✨

Make sure hands are always free when pulling that liquid gold lol or place the bottle in a clean bowl so if it do spill you can just pore it right in bottle. Good luck mom you got this 😊😊

I just can't get over how cute that baby is ❤ He and Mila look so much alike, too. I had to laugh when you were changing him and he started crying. My son was like that, too....didn't want to be bothered unless it was feeding time.😊 I know it's rough starting over with a newborn when your firstborn is 6. But you guys got this.
