  • Review tasmanian tiger Range Pack MKII.
    This is Tasmanian Tigers largest backpack and has in total 100 liters capacity. Two SP Side pouches are included. They are 5 liters each. The backpack also comes with a zipped detachable daypack.
    I share my experiences and what I think of the bag after using it for a while.

    I have exactly this backpack, just with a bit different color. I am absolutely satisfied! I purchased it as new, so it was not a used, discount item. But it is perfectly okay, the price is good for the great usability and durability. This backpack is a "monster"! I am very, very happy that I have it!

    Thanks for this nice review, this is what I was looking for. I’m from Japan and there’s no video about this backpack in Japanese...And I’m not sure if you pay attention to it, but your tone is easy to understand for non native English speakers. Anyway thanks again for this video!

    I have the Tasmanian Tiger Field pack Mk2 with the V2 harness system and it is excellent! 75l only but fully loaded you don't know you have it on. All their kit is so well made and beautifully designed. Lighter is possible but not at this robustness. You are my favourite Welshman, Jones the Viking! Thanks for a good review.

      @@JonesFitnessOutdoor I live in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland so although it's very wet we don't get the deep cold and heavy snow that the Highlands or you guys get which allows me to use a smaller, lighter sleep system. That and being a 54 year old with 20 years in British Airborne the extra weight is an issue for me and I've learnt to keep the weight down. If I lived where you do I'd want the bigger pack. Keep doing what you do mate.

    I like this pack because it’s molle compatible and a lot of my gear is military with molle attachment so this pack gives me a lot more options than my current pack. Also this pack looks a lot more comfortable to where which is incredibly important on long trips.

    • @JonesFitnessOutdoor
      @JonesFitnessOutdoor  Před 2 lety +1

      It is a great pack. I cant imagine replacing it. It is as large as possible, i mean if it was bigger you wouldnt be able to carry more weight anyway. And it is super comfortable. It sits great, and has all the adjustments I need. Also, as you say, the molle allows pockets to be added.
      My favourite brand and my favourite pack!

      Hi. Two pouches side pouch 8 (sp8) from tasmanian tiger on the sides. They are included when you buy it. There is also a detachable daypack. Attached with zippers. It is included. Mora Kansbol with molle adapter. Thats about it. Well a plastic carabiner to keep gloves close by.

    Hey this i have an unusual question. I wonder can you tell me what is the shape of the metal spars which start in the waist belt and run up inside the pack as part of the carry system? I have this pack but it's missing the spars and I would like to make some, but I don't know what shape they are? Thanks!

    Tjena, vad är det för antenn du har till din radio? och är radion en UV-5r? tacksam för svar.

    • @JonesFitnessOutdoor
      @JonesFitnessOutdoor  Před 2 lety

      Tjena. Det är en uv-5r. Jag använder oftast en tactical antenna som är vikbar. Perfekt så man kan veckla ut den om man behöver lite mer antenn och går att vika ner för att inte fastna i saker i terrängen. Har också en mer klassisk skogsantenn som jaktradio brukar ha. Den är lång, smal och svajar ordentligt när man går. Gillar den taktiska bäst. Köpt på wish.

      I think it is a great bag. Very well made, the 700d Cordura is durable and the carrying system makes it possible to adjust to your personal needs. I use it, and my fiancee can also use it with the adjustments. I really recommend it. Only downside is it is a bit heavy.

      Hi. I would say more than anyone prefer to carry. I have had roughly 30 kg as most. The carrying system makes it as comfortable as can be. Not to say it is comfortable to carry that much anyway. But I dont know if there is a measured weight limit.
