no offense but you need to clarify this is for complete beginners or idiots or something it was painful to watch i kept trying to fast forward to get to the info to see/compare against what rich do (like buffet, gates, musk, bezos) and it was just like one of those seminars where joe average comes in and stares at a powerpoint presentation waiting for the end to for the hard sell something... i absolutely love listening to toby and he is a gold mine of information but just basic basic info here...

With the lack of charging order protection in Florida for single member LLCs, could the operating agreement be used to structure any kind of foreclosure proceedings in a manner which would ensure the property isn't undervalued by people basically trying to stick a knife in you?
Magical words "I don't invest in what I cannot understand ". Does either Toby or Tom do this kind of work for futures trading versus real estate? Futures unlike stocks/bonds/options do get specialized tax treatment. My challenge is how to put this inside a corporate structure, even if it is a non-profit.

My earliest childhood memory money i was 10. I had to go to the dentist. My dad gave me the address and .25c then told me "dont forget to ask for a transfer for the bus ride back".
I’m surprised that one of the money managing suggestions on his slide was a 529B. There’s a much better option that’s tax sheltered and non-restrictive.
How to become wealthy..... 1. Pay my house off 2. Use the equity in my house for investments. So don't pay off house 3. Invest in all things that make tons of money and nothing that loses money. That simple

I hardly comment on anything, however, I just wasted a lot of time listening to a guy talk and talk and talk and say nothing, like a politician. I was looking for specific ways to do it and all he did was give a bunch of fluff and say things that everybody already knows. .

How would you own a home without it being under your name? Just start an LLC with your name as the business?
Buy it and do a deed transfer, deeding property from yourself to the LLC. Or form the LLC and purchase the home on behalf of the LLC
