Hey Lou, just dropping my recs for an aesthetic dog bed. I use the BarneyBed and get the Boucle cover. It fits the aesthetic and is also good for the dogs joints!
I'm in love with this apartment! I think your habuelas chair is gorgeous! Also, when you film from your desk, you can't see the floor. It's a bit of nostalgia that doesn't have to match in my opinion. I love how you decorated so far. I really like the oil painting as well. If you can find Art Deco chandeliers, that might be a good compromise for both of you.

Lou, you have made such amazing progress! The apt is gorgeous and I'm sure it will get prettier still the more time you have to really make it yours and reflect your own taste. Also, I recently moved to an apt with an induction stove too, and I agree it is definitely not ideal. I got All Clad stainless steel pots and pans which seem to work, so that's good.
Induction has its pros and cons but polo is for sure annoyed 😂😂

Lou make sure you get fans (when it’s hot) and space heaters(for when it’s cold)if your AC doesn’t work! They really do come in handy and you can always stick them in the closet whenever you don’t need them!🎉
We are definitely going to get more fans and hope they come and place the heaters soon 🥲

Hey Lou, I'm only 4min in but want to suggest hand washing your lamp shades, I think it will be difficult to find similar ones again and they are very beautiful vintage shades. It would be worth trying to clean them before getting rid of them.
The apartment is coming out amazing, grandma hook you guys up with really beautiful pieces, My wife and I spend the whole month of February in Barcelona and are in love with Spain, next year we are planning to do 6 month in Spain and 6 months in US most likely in Barcelona since it has direct flies from Florida to Barcelona. do you mind sharing the monthly rent cost on the apartment? we are trying to figure out what is more cost effective, to rent an Airbnb for 6 months our do a year contract even if don't use it for a few months.

I thought about it but the closet that leads to the office is super enclosed and dark, from the office right now I have amazing lighting and a beautiful view 🤍
