    麻婆豆腐 Mapo Tofu
    材料Ingredients:
    豆腐 2塊 Tofu 2pcs
    肉碎200克 Minced Pork 200g
    薑末 2茶匙 Minced Ginger 2tsp
    蒜末 1湯匙 Minced Garlic 1tbsp
    蔥白 適量 Shallot Stalk appropriate
    蔥花 適量 Shallot appropriate
    醬汁Sauce:
    豆瓣醬 1湯匙 Chill Bean Sauce 1tbsp
    生抽 2茶匙 Soy Sauce 2tsp
    老抽 1茶匙 Dark Soy Sauce 1tsp
    糖 1茶匙 Sugar 1tsp
    花椒油 2茶匙 Pepper Oil 2tsp
    勾茨(生粉水) Starchy Sauce:
    粟粉 1湯匙 Corn Starch 1tbsp
    水 3湯匙 Water 3tbsp
