      Facts...I'm an American. uSA has 300 million plus co.oared to Jamaican 5 million or so...incredibly that such a small country drawing from such a limited pool could dominate so thoroughly

      ​@@negbefla6956The USA is diversified in athletics and has dominated in almost everything at one point or another. Jamaicas best athlete's are all in track. US best athletes are in everything. Whether its Wilt Chamberlain, Mike Tyson, Bo Jackson, Deion Sanders, Michael Jordan, LeBron James, Michael Phelps, Tyreek Hill, DK Metcalf, all of our freak athlete's are dominant in other sports. The comparison doesn't need to be made until Jamaica can do the same.

Our foods are organic not like the foods and fruits in the US that are processed and fake, the fruits you guys have don’t even have seeds in them. In Jamaica we born and grow wild and eat nature foods, climb hills and walk miles go to school. As a kid I use to walk 4 miles to school and cross hills and rivers. All natural talent here in Jamaica, u can credit the yams and dasheens we eat, that’s our dope.

      ​@@pranavk603That was before the crackdown on steroids in the early 2000's with The Clear and Marion Jones and Tim Montgomery. The 80s and 90s had plenty of drugs. Stop it. You think Canada was gonna let another Ben Johnson situation happen when they got another sprinter from Jamaica to break the world record? No. They got more organized and it was harder to go against them. There are a lot of politics involved with this. Read "Speed Trap" by Charlie Francis to learn about it and all the drugs being used even back in the 60's.

His injury required 3months rehab to heal. having achieved everything in his career, he decided to call it quits. A legendary career that spanned nearly a decade and a half, he won 14 Championship medals, which is the highest for a male athlete.

    Bolt reached his full potential and became the greatest. Blake on the other hand had such a crazy peak that was ruined by injuries. Wish we had more years of Blake at his absolute best 😢 Both legends! Two of the fastest individuals in history

    I used to be so obsessed with these two when I was a kid. Can't remember how many times I watched the I am Bolt documentary. Or how much I used to try and measure out 100m with footsteps, then run with a phone in my hand, trying to work the stopwatch to see what time I could get. Or all the CZcams videos I used to watch on "how to run faster" and trying different drills, or plyos.

    Don't forget about Ben Johnson. 1988 Seoul 9.7 100 and he was Jamaican too. Left Carl Lewis and the rest of the pack in the dust. My favorite sprinter and he had the most explosive start out of the blocks!

    I am proud to have witnessed their greatness. There will be a new champion year after year. But never such a duo that were so talented.
    Bolt is in a league of his own. He had no competition, and Blake is the closest that had ever gotten.

    In a 4x100 relay race both bolt and blake broke the record of 9.58 seconds in 100m race by achieving it in 8.70 seconds and 9.09 seconds
    That was also a legendary race

    As an American it's always crazy to me how American athletes claim that The United States produces the best track and field athletes in the world. I mean every single running event world record except for the 100m hurdles outdoor, 60m indoor, 60m hurdles indoor, 400m indoor and 600m indoor are held by countries outside the US. Even though very brief, Jamaica completely owns sprinting on the men's and women's side overall. Yeah, you've had Shicarri in there recently but it's been Jamaica overwhelmingly for a solid 2 decades

      And that's the problem with especially black people who have been Colonized before slavery, they read and believe instead of knowing or researching ? They can't even point to one tombstone of any Bible character or show one ancestor of anyone mentioned but believe .

    Yohan Blake is the second fastest sprinter of all time even though his career was so short. If he never got injured he could’ve been the next up after bolt retired
