  • Infused wine is an ancient practise going back to 3150 B.C.E as well as the rosemary plant. To make:
    Small batch
10 grams (1/4 cup) fresh rosemary leaves - washed
1.5 cups any white wine you like
    Wine Bottle
20 grams (1/2 cup) fresh rosemary leaves - washed
1 bottle any white wine you like
Wash rosemary and dry on a towel. Put rosemary in the wine and put on the lid or cork. Keep in a cool dark place and shake once a day. The wine should infuse for at least 8 days. Strain the rosemary and drink as you like.
