I was selling at a craft show on Memorial Day so I'm watching on Wednesday morning. You two are some of my favorites! At the show I talked to several papercrafters and the enthusiasm was through the roof! They were excited to meet someone who was making and selling junk journals (me) and were eager to share which channels they watch and love. Enjoyed your conversation immensely! Thanks!

Years ago, I lived in Pullman Washington & I was a beginner quilter back then. There was a large club with years & years of experience among the women who always had a retreat 2 times a year in a church camp up in the panhandle of Idaho, so not too far from where you must be! Those are some of my best memories & the creativity & energy that just flowed from being together was just incredible! Now I’m in in north-eastern Kansas, so a road trip from here would be a bit long! Seeing the wind blow your hair around & the gorgeous scenery surrounding you, even the camp chairs, took me right back 25 years! Thanks so much!

What an honour to see and listen to both of you wonderful ladies! I attended a one day crop on Saturday, and how fantastic to be back laughing, eating and creating with like-minded friends. If either or both of you ever get the chance to visit Canada, you would be welcomed with open arms! 🥰❤️🇨🇦

What a delightful surprise. I finally got to see Gayle after watching her videos for so long and only seeing her hands and occasionally the top of her head. I would give anything to have been able to attend one of your retreats. If we have them here, (I am in Australia), I don't know about them, but the one thing journalers all seem to have in common is the most caring natures you will ever find. That is obvious in Gayle and Cori (although I have only watched a few of her videos) seem the same. After having lived through the hardest year of my life, how lucky was I to have found the journalers who turned out to be the most compassionate, caring people. Much more so than my own family. I thank God for Gayle, Terre, Bettina, Lena, Helen and the list just goes on and on and that is only in the States. The rest of the world have their own special people who journal, even Australia. It is a phenomenon, that is all I can say. Gayle and Cori you are both beautiful women, I would love to see more of you on your videos and tutorials. This is so cool that you did this! Thank you both. I don’t think people realize you can do service through your journalling. I make 12 journals at a time for a battered women’s shelter. They give them blank notebooks to journal in so this gives those women a chance to experience junk journalling and find places to tuck little notes that are super private about what they are going through!

Gayle: I think you interviewing other crafters is an excellent idea. It allows others to get to know them a bit better. Cori’s idea of using Etsy as a fundraiser venue is a super idea.
I’m a city girl, but have been involved in many, many fundraisers and with my AKA, the Goddess of Garbage, who creates items from discards for the home, this could be an tool to use. You see,- just watching that segment, an idea came from it. Fabulous!

Cori’s idea is a great one, I’m going to have to ask my vet if he has any kind of fund for people that can’t afford treatment, my guess by knowing him for many years is that he does not. Maybe he’d be willing to start one.

So much fun seeing you both enjoy getting inspiration from everyone around you! Thanks for taking the time to film. I truly hope to see a similar video with you and Ceri the Crafter one day. 😁🥰. I love Cori’s fundraising! We all get such comfort from our pets, especially with such uncertainty and divisiveness in the world. The thought that anyone might have to choose between getting evicted from their home or getting life-saving treatment for their beloved pets breaks my heart. Love to you both!

There is a craft retreat place about 1/2 hr. from my house, in Columbus Ohio. May have to try this retreat thing! So glad you ladies are enjoying yourselves!

It was so great to hear from both of you and also to hear the peaceful background sounds of Montana. I well know, from my visit to MT last summer, that it's a beautiful place to refresh your own unique creative genre and to be inspired by each others as well. Definitely a place where you feel like you are sitting in the palm of God's hand; the Master Creator. I'm excited to see how it affects the creative endeavors in both of your future videos. It definitely benefits us all!

How wonderful to see and listen to you... You know, you CZcamsrs sometimes say that it can be a fulltime job to do videos, but I tell you, it's becoming a fulltime job watching all you fab creatores in YT land (not really, but feels like it, can't keep up 🤭😂)! I love the idea of the mum with the dog being able to get help through the fond. I so agree, pets are just great. se have 2 dogs, 4 cats, 25 bunnies and 4 Icelandic horses (I breed bunnies and horses...). Wish I Gould come to one of your retreats one day,but it's a bit too far unfortunately 😬 Take care everyone 💖

So great to put a face to Cori’s voice. Gayle I saw you last year. My favorite vacation was a two week cruise and land tour with my mom. I didn’t have any time to craft, there is way to much to do and see.
