Hi, why the coconut cream is brown and so liquid? It’s white usually.
its white if you buy it i store, he probably made it with cream and brown suger to give this a richer flavor
Its a can of Coco Lopez. Coconut milk (thinner andwithout suger) and creamed coconut ( usualy a solid block) is white. Coconut cream is slightly off white and opaque
Need help. Need recommendations for the coconut cream. Used stuff from a can but it seperates.
You need cream of coconut. Which is a mix of coconut cream and sugar.
The one that everyone uses comes in a can.
But if you take coconut milk/cream and add a quarter of its weight in sugar and gently heat till the sugar dissolves you should be good.
From here you can adjust if you want it sweeter or reduce the sugar

The coconut cream that I used for this mixture became tough mold after shaking. Probably that is because ice and cold shaker. Is it normal? Or did I buy fake coconut cream? By the way I can feel the sweetness of the drink

In Ireland you cannot buy coconut cream in liquid form. It comes as a solid block of shit that just ruins the drink
