Oh my... Their vocals in "For Youth" was amazing!! All 7 members killed it! Sometimes I feel people overlook Jungkook, and I really don't know why, because oh my he's amazing! ALWAYS stable and powerful. And Jhope blew me away when he sang with a R&B singing style at @24:22
BTS are actually still gonna be shooting Run BTS and on top of that, they’re all releasing solo music so it won’t even feel like they’re gone, we’re gonna get 7 times the content we already do! I’m really excited :)

Im sad they are kind of taking a break, but if I’m being honest I know bts would come back better and improved because it’s just what bts does. Also i am so ready for that jungkook (my bias) and Charlie’s puts song! It’s gonna be fire
@@nateb188 the way i see it im sad we won't see them as a group as often but I'm not sad they're taking a break. Making that little differentiation makes it feel more so like a see you later and rest well boys, when were sending them off than anything else y'know? Because they really need this break and I'm happy they have this time to take it but of course I'll miss them. It'll be a bit of an adjustment period for sure 😅🙄💜

BTS as a group might be taking a well needed vacation but that doesn’t mean members are. We have JK dropping his collab with Charlie Puth 6/24, then we have JHope closing Lollapalooza a month later and dropping his solo album. We’re also getting V & his close actor friends’s vacation 7/22. And Suga announcing that he’s taking dance & vocal lessons for his own tour. We’ll be getting 7x the music, content from the members compared to the group as a whole. BTS have been planning to spend more time on individual needs and growth after dropping 7 in early 2020 and touring for several months. Well, we all know what happened. No one expected covid. This break as a whole also happening due to unavoidable reality of the members having to serve 18 mos in the military before turning 30. I don’t even want to get into the exemption drama. Trust, it will not be a day in near future without something member related whether new collab, live performance, album dropping, a movie…

While I'm happy they will be resting and releasing 7 solo albums, I think my only sadness is because of covid they missed out on touring the world and so many fans have yet to see them perform live and now it might be years (because of military service) before they tour as 7 again. But I will support their solo work and I look forward to the day they make music and tour again.

i absolutely loved this whole performance! their vocals, visuals, to the live band. everything was on point 💜💜 the song For Youth is very Taehyung with its soulful and jazzy vibe. he in his element 🥹

The guys have been together since 2010. Training hard and putiing out contents nonstop you'd often wonder when they ever filmed this and that but when you see them onstage, everything just seems cool, chill and easy. 10 years if you include their trainee days, just doing that. They literally spent all their youth working hard. I know it's their dream and passion but they were working, practicing, creating and producing when all the other people their age were enjoying their lives being young. They have expressed their wish many times to be able to do things they want to do without people making a big fuss about it. I'm just glad the guys are so brave enough to do this for their own sake.
what's interesting is that Anderson Paak has been expressing his desire to play for BTS since last year and even tweeted about it, but hadn't really got the chance. And now we're here. I'm so happy for him and for BTS. They're all amazing artists.

Anderson Paak is half Korean and half American. His last name should be Park. But since Koreans pronounce it with silent "r" it became Paak in the US because that's what Americans hear it. Like Park Jimin, when you hear them say it, it's Paak Jimin. 😊
Ha ha you have it completely backwards. Paak or just Pak are the correct ways to spell 박 using the Roman alphabet. In America WE spell it the wrong way by adding a letter R that does not exist in the hangeul spelling. The R is not silent. It simply isn't there. The letter for R and L in Korean is ㄹ. Pak is spelled ㅂ (p or b), ㅏ (a), ㄱ (k or g) and written like this: 박. If it was really Park with a silent R it would be spelled ㅂ ㅏ ㄹ ㄱ with the letters arranged like this: 밝. And if it WAS spelled that way the R wouldn't be silent; it would be pronounced (closer to sounding like the letter L in this case). Anderson spells his name the right way and everyone else is using a mis-translation.
Also, he's 25% Korean by ethnicity but 100% American by nationality since he was born in California. His mom is half Korean, but she grew up in the US because she was adopted from South Korea as an infant.

First of all, we still have a lot of things to do as a group and just..the bangtan dinner, I think, was a comfortable setting where we talked about our future plans while talking about ourselves. And that just means that we'll be doing individual activities and it absolutely does NOT mean that we won't do/work as BTS. But, now, l'm sure the people who saw the Bangtan dinner [already] know this, but I thought that the people who couldn't see it may, perhaps,misunderstand, so l'm telling you once again:We don't have any thoughts on disbanding. 6:53 You're so right. To be honest, first time I heard Yet To Come I didn't cry my eyes out. I vibed with it, it's a good song but it didn't tug at my hearstrings in an instant. But after the Festa dinner, I went back to the song, read the lyrics again ang boi, I cried for an hour, no cap. It hit me so hard. Now I understand what they were trying to say in the song. And it's like breaking the news to us gently. It's not like it's bad news. We know they'll still be around since they're start filming Run BTS (the show) and the contents they'll be putting out next will be 7x more so it's a good thing. But the fact that they've been enduring all this time and we don't even realize it is heartbreaking for armys. That's exactly the reason why we all cried.
I really hope they take this time for not to do solo work but go out and date and enjoy life too..💜💜

(That IS indeed ANDERSON PAAK). These live versions of both Yet To Come and For Youth..... The Best. I am really undecided about their studio version, way too pop for my personal taste. But these..... CHEF'S KISS. In this version For Youth, I always cried. Especially, after JK's key change, and when he sang "... I wish I can turn back time..." 😭 Music is forever. Bangtan and ARMY is a once in a life time phenomena. Never to be replicated. BTS and ARMY are forever. They will not survive without a break. So I am very happy that they are finally get one. Plus, the elephant in the room: Military. Which i have a lot to say about but won't. They have no idea what they have in BTS and I found that really sad. Anyways. We will support all of them. For sure. Although I am very biased towards the rap line, and my favourite vocal timbres are those of V and Jimin (because they are so unique, and I am partial to certain musical genres which their vocals organically lean towards, such as R&B, jazz, big band, and opera).
The guys slayed this performance 💜. For Youth is so beautiful i cried so much. I will always support the 7 of them and i have so much respect for them opening up. They deserve to be happy always and i am glad that they are taking this time for themselves whilst still releasing solo projects and a little group content every once in a while (but not as much as they used to in the past)
Now we need to be ready for JK collaboration with Charlie Puth next week and JHopes new album next month!

Anderson is 1/2 Korean, he’s also married to a Korean lady. When they did the MV for yet to come, they left Vegas@ 4 am it was a 2 hour drive out into the desert. There’s a behind the scenes of making yet to come out. Their contract with Big Hits expires in 2024, also Jin has to go to Army @ the end of the year. Then Suga, RM and J Hope will be next, the the next 3. If they go in seperate it will be 14 yrs ( 18-24 month) of service. They announced re: enlistment will be next week from Hybe
Anderson’s mother is half Korean and half African-American. She’s biracial.
BTS' contract is good until 6/13/2027. They signed a 7 year contract in 2018, so the contract they're currently in is until 2027.

I think there have been some issues between “the management “ and BTS related to what direction the message of the music should take.. They are grown men in their late 20s and 30s, I guess they have topics they would like to explore in their music that go outside what they have done in BTS. I hope we will se them back again as bangtan sonyeondan one day in the future. I hole heartedly support their decision. 💜 Let’s support all of them as solo artists.

On one point, yes it seems sad for a fan. At the same time, nothing is stopping. We are still getting solo albums to look forward to, and BTS content as a group to look forward to (just no new BTS albums or concerts until solo projects are done). We'll be fine. This gives each member their own time to themselves after grinding for 9-10 years just for ARMY. They truly deserve that. Meanwhile, as solo albums are being released, I will fully support each and every one of them. That part will never stop. I am ARMY for life.

In my opinion yet to come is anything but sad or depressing😮. They could have easily just been like goodbye, adios, and see you later and that would have been that. Or put out some official statement saying something in an oh so very serious manner. But no they made a whole beautiful song just making sure to let us know that their BEST is YET TO COME! As in not only are they not going to simply stop where they are altogether, stop making music or stop being together. And they're not going anywhere cause they believe there are far greater things for BOTH of us in the future ("you and I" best moment is yet to come). Because they love each other and music way too much. They just need to rest because they're minds have been going on 100% for ten years straight and they can barely be normal people and artists anymore. That would wear anyone down eventually. It gives me so much hope and joy, happiness and nostalgia all at once. Knowing they personally are letting us know they're here for us always and they'll always be here with us doing what they always do and that's one thing that's never going to change ("dreams, and hope and going forward, we so about it"💜). I love that and I love that they told us this just knowing and hoping we wouldn't take it the wrong way and that's its ARMY forever BANGTAN forever (APO BANGPO😁🙌🏾💜💜💜💜💜💜💜). That's just like our boys🙄

Will you be watching the dinner? It may be sad and I cry every time I watch it because it hurts to think they felt like they would disappoint us for wanting to take a break after going nonstop for 9 years (really more like 12 if you count trainee years).
