So I went from Hanna Barbera’s Yogi, Huckleberry, Quick Draw McGraw etc to Scooby-Doo. Archie & Friends and more. Until “Who Framed Roger Rabbit” arrived in 1988 and “The Simpson’s” a year later, cartoons on TV were horrible. The era of honey dripping animation finally ended and some pretty bizarre & interesting cartoons show up.

I agree that once a voice for a character is established, it is hard to imagine any other voice for them. Mike Judge stated in an interview that the voice has to fit the look of the character. You have to believe that the character would actually sound that way.

Rick and Morty had a couch gag with the Simpsons proving they're in the same multiverse and the Simpsons had a crossover with futurama , proving the Rick and Morty multiverse theory. Also, family guy (and by extension the Cleveland show) and American dad can be looped in because they cross over on multiple occasions
So for those who have seen bushworld adventures... Do you think they should do more “episodes” like that? Where it’s really different Rick and Morty’s in different dimensions
@yeah I'm John Assal Nope. The showrunners have stated that Rick will never time travel. He was quoted as saying that Time Travel was a completely overused plot device and he wouldnt employ it. In fact, if you look in the garage behind Rick's workbench there is a shelving unit. On the third shelf is a box that says "Time Travel Stuff". They LITERALLY put it on the shelf.
The concept of time has been established as pretty relative and man-made in the show anyway. So even if they do actually "travel in time" (go back to the past/future), they travel into universes which exist in a different timeline (for the travelers) but at the same time with the travelers. Idk if I'm making myself clear lol
Wouldn't Rick had to have time travelled to be able to know that Rick and Morty die in the universe they are now enhabiting? I mean the c-137 Rick and Morty show up just after the kill native R&M die. C-137 Rick would have to find a universe they already died in and deliver them to that perfect moment

The cartoon taking place in C-137 is debatable. Rick himself is often called Rick C-137 but that doesn't mean the universe he may or may not spend most of his time in is actually the same. It could simply be a different universe that was his origin. Wouldn't put it past the writers to mess with our perceptions.
If Rick really is so smart and he wants the Mcdonald's Szechuan sauce, couldn't he reverse engineer or possibly even improve it using his knowledge of chemistry? I mean he may not be a cook, but he could definitely learn. The ingredients obviously come from earth and are most likely available for sale, so it'd be a pretty mundane task for him to go gather all them.
Don't forget though: he's incredibly petty, vindictive, and lazy. Yeah he could remake the sauce easily, but that would require effort and letting McDonalds get away with not doing it themselves.
