Seeing that '86 LeSabre coupe get crushed really pained me. I'm a huge fan of the 87-89 LeSabre T types, and those rear quarter glass and backlight glass (different than a 4-door) are going to be impossible to find pretty soon. The driver's door window was rolled down, which means this LeSabre likely had crank windows. Very, very rare on these cars.
gotta love that old wood grain effect on the cars wonder if they'd ever do it again? be kinda cool to see newer cars with just a lump of sticky wood grain effect on the doors or boot or even on the roof,
+Darren Martin Not really. Did you notice how completely the Ciera compressed? These unibodies just wouldn't hold up in a derby like the full framed cars. The Ceira wagon and Corolla wagon were pretty uncommon models when they were new. I bet less than 10,000 made during the entire 82-88 model run of that body style.
+Buick Man You're probably right about that. That Corolla was well rotted anyway. How I didn't spot that the first time...! It would have needed a ton of welding!
They leave the tree branches and shit in there to increase tare weight of scrap to make a better profit. Like putting sand in soda cans and turning em in.

No, he is right, that is an 86 or 87, it is the downized fwd unit body with the 3.8L six.

You forgot to add " A desk" into your crush list.
That must have been an expensive desk for it to wind up in a junk yard! :D
Both of those Station Wagons would have been great Destruction Derby material before being crushed!

+Buick Man Meant to say the 82-88 Ciera wagon.

Why'd the steel desk have to go?
Aren't ciera wagons pretty rare?
