  • In this eye-opening video, we delve into the alarming reality of five catastrophic tipping points that scientists warn could have devastating consequences for our planet. As human activities continue to drive global warming, we are pushing the Earth's delicate climate system closer to the brink of irreversible change. The stakes have never been higher, and the time for action is now.

    We explore the interconnectedness of these tipping points and the far-reaching impacts they could have on our world. From the vibrant coral reefs of the tropics to the frozen expanses of the Arctic, we witness the fragility of our planet's ecosystems and the urgent need to protect them. We begin by diving into the crystal-clear waters of the world's oceans, where tropical coral reefs are facing an unprecedented crisis. As ocean temperatures rise, these underwater rainforests are experiencing mass bleaching events, leading to widespread die-offs.
    Next, we journey to the far reaches of the Arctic, where the permafrost that has remained frozen for millennia is beginning to thaw. As this ancient ground melts, it releases vast amounts of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere, accelerating global warming and setting off a vicious cycle of further thawing and carbon release. From there, we explore the slowing of the North Atlantic Subpolar Gyre, a vast system of ocean currents that plays a crucial role in regulating the Earth's climate. As this gyre weakens, it could disrupt the global ocean conveyor belt, altering weather patterns, and affecting the distribution of heat and nutrients around the planet.
    Join us on this journey of discovery and inspiration, as we explore the five tipping points that scientists warn could destroy the Earth. This is a story that affects us all, and it is one that we cannot afford to ignore.

    Here in tropical Philippines, everytime a destructive typhoon and rainfall approach, snails usually climb in trees and walls. And why a mild tremor is there while heavy rainfall is taking place and that caused mud slides along mountain slopes.

    {Solutions}
    1-- Harvesting polar ice, melting it, then dispensing the melt water into underground aquifers and or hot desert soils could reduce sea level rise.
    And
    2-- Planting sea grass and sea weeds in the place of bleached coral can provide good habitat for marine life.

    And what scientists are they. Because smart ones aren't afraid of anything.

    It's far too late to do anything to save the planet (and ourselves at the same time). It's a bit like riding on a High Speed Train (representing humanity's march towards so-called progress). To stop it, you need 3 miles... But 2 miles ahead of the train, there's a bridge over a very large precipice. But the bridge has collapsed (this represents potential apocalypse)... So there's nothing we can do to stop the train before it reaches the bridge and falls into the precipice... The only solution would be to get off the train (which means leaving the planet). But this is totally impossible for technological reasons (we don't have the means to carry out an 'exodus' operation to another planet similar to ours where we could settle down).... The only solution is for an immense force and intelligence to come to our rescue and change the course of events. Perhaps the same intelligence that created 'our' Universe. HOPE IS LIFE, as the saying goes ....

      It's too late to make a change, we have to live with extreme weather conditions and relocations to safer areas , 90% of gobal warming is impacting sea temperatures and the two fold impacts are sea water expansion due to increased temperature and polar ice melting , giving the increase in sea levels.

Aumentar los recursos que requiera la mas rápida actividad de Captura de CO2 de la Atmosfera y su Secuestro en el subsuelo. Intentar reducir la sobrepoblación de seres humanos.

    Have you people ever heard of the natural warming and cooling cycle of the planet, obviously not. Although we are very good at making bigger and better means to kill one another, we as a species are not able to change anything that our climate is willing do throw at us. P.S. there have been a number of end of world scenarios in the past, they appear to happen at about 2000 year intervals . You all may however Rest In Peace, as we definitely are one day closer to extinction. Love your life to the full and be good to each other while we are still able!!!!!
