Looks good and neck is comfortable. BUT: You better have luthier skills and all the tools after buying this guitar. The one I received needed a complete fret leveling as there wasn't one performed at the factory. The neck needed to be shimmed so that the saddles didn't lift and buzz due to it being a top loader. Saddles still buzz but much less. Still needed a shim to stop it. The nut was cut very high but better than too low. Also, the paint wore of on my shirt after playing it for 45 minutes. Other than that, it is a decent playing, feeling and sounding guitar. Just sharing my experience.
They seem to be a mixed bag. Mine had one slightly high fret that was an able to tap down. My only gripe was the cheap saddles. The screws don’t seem to hold causing the string height to lower with playing. A cheap set of brass saddles fixed that, though.
That was my experience too. I've already tried adjusting neck relief and the bridge saddles. But wow, EXTREME BUZZING due to fretboard and bridge issues. It seems that the top loader loads a bit too high and doesn't put adequate downward pressure on the saddles. Plus, why the heck use vintage strat saddles for a tele? So far, pretty much unplayable. Just sent a note to Gear It about the situation. Most likely will be sending it back. Bummed!
@@larustatrust Dream guitar is a G&L Comanche lefty but n/a. I do have a few dream guitars. Otherwise I'm good. I have many electrics . If I played righty I'd be in the poor house lol ✌️
I JUST ordered the surf green on Amazon for $107 shipped. This includes the cheap assortment of accessories. This will be my first electric. The free returns made me take the dive. I’ve got two friends that play and I want them to go through it and make sure it’s a keeper. I’ll update here when I get it checked out.
For the record, 2 months after this video, the sale and availability are still going on at Amazon. I've almost pulled the trigger TWICE on this one, but mixed reviews have given me cold feet. Whenever, whatever I decide, it'll be my first guitar. I'm not looking forward to making mods OR overpaying. Suggestions, anyone?
I have it since a couple of months. Tuners and string saddles are not the best. Saddles make some noises and the screws are loosing with the vibrations. I`m waiting for set of new roller saddles and blocking tuners for improve the guitar.

I would have to mask it off and spray flat black inside the "F" hole
My had bad tuner! Bought after market those style tuners are copy of old fender kluson tuners from 50-60s era
