- Welcome to the Cozy Hospital! You're visiting our optometrist today because you are concerned you might need glasses. She will examine your eyes as well as the surrounding orbital structure and then perform some vision tests as she examines your lenses.
**IMPORTANT** and I will put this in a pinned comment as well since not everyone reads descriptions: CZcams has now rolled it out that we no longer get to choose if we put an ad at the end of our videos. What is ASMR? ASMR is a tingling sensation often felt on the scalp, neck, shoulders and back, although you may feel tingles in other places as well! ASMR is triggered by different types of stimuli. It can be personal attention, gentle touch, hand movements, crinkling, tapping sounds... there are lots of different types of ASMR triggers and everyone is different when it comes to what triggers their ASMR! You could also try setting a sleep timer on your phone as well.
ALSO, I apologize for the dust that's trapped in the phoropter, lol. Some people commented on it last time; it's an old used phoropter that I got off eBay (the only way I could afford one) and the dust in the lenses is inside - there are multiple layers of lenses. I would have to take it apart to clean it properly and I do not trust myself to do it. Try not to pay too close attention to the lenses haha. The auto-focus on my camera kinda did us dirty there anyway. 😂😂😅😅

I think this is the first time I've seen an ASMR creator use the lens change mechanism of the phoropter. The sounds of the lens changes were bliss.😮

No insurance & can’t afford it. Currently don’t have anything wrong, with my eyes &/or vision (knock on wood! Lol!).
But, I do legitimately get ASMR effects every time I go, to an optometrist & get eye exams. That was the first time I ever noticed ASMR, as a kid all the way back in the mid-80s. Lol!
But, if you love the eye doctor role play, check out SRP ASMR. He’s an actual Optometrist, in England. He’s of Indian or Pakistani descent, I do believe (only saying that so ya know you’ve got the right guy. That’s all).
This is absolutely NOTHING against Cozy Hospital here. Nothing, at ALL. In fact, she’s the ONLY one that has consistently & regularly given me the tingles & proper ASMR effects, other than SRP. So, it’s actually high praise, for her! At least…that’s how I intend it. I still watch every one of her videos, & some I watch multiple times. When I say “multiple”, I mean near triple digits. Lol! I struggle to get to & stay asleep. She & SRP both help me GREATLY, in that. They legitimately raise my quality of life overall, & that’s not an exaggeration or embellishment. I mean, sleep is very important & the amount you get (or lack thereof) can serially change your personality via changing your brain’s functioning patterns. I also have severe depression from Bipolar Disorder, as well as severe anxiety from Childhood PTSD. So, they help with that, as well. So, genuinely make my life better, outside just entertainment-induced dopamine releases.

Wonderful roleplay. Maybe you could do an orthoptist roleplay in the future. Taking care of someone with a lazy eye, strabismus, squint etc.. Treatinig the condition with prism lenses, surgery etc. 🙂 Would love to see thtat. Thanks for the effort you put into your vids. They are amazing!

I wanted to know your opinion, Now CZcams Google is forcing us to hire premium CZcams on the topic of Asmr and avoid advertising, What do you think about this, what is Google doing?
I don’t think they’re necessarily forcing it; supposedly, they are not going to add post-roll ads to asmr or related sleep/relaxation content but the algorithm needs time to recognize these as sleep aids. We are trying to make sure we put these tags in our descriptions to help it. I think it will end up okay! Just might take some time to get through the ‘growing pains’.
Have you made a “rounds” ASMR? Maybe MICU, so it would be a little more comprehensive, lots of typing on a workstation on wheels, etc?

I don't know what guides our actions, but it is not reason.
Maybe the brain is more in our way. It creates false ideas for us and we have no way to draw correct conclusions.
My Optician is nowhere NEAR as tingly as this.
My vertigo is related to eye strain. We've never been able to fix it, i guess my eye muscles are just worn out.
I also have BPPV which is great fun when you lie down and feel like the bed's on the move 🤣
Have you tried doing Eply Maneuver with an ENT Specialist? It takes Time and Therapy but I'm hoping you come out on top over Time 🙏
@@Ronin_KatanaKamethanks, I had it when hospitalised in 2015. Didn't have any effect. Seems to be related to migraine and eyestrain. 😢
@@TheScientist43 I'm sorry to hear you're having a rough go 🙁 I'm sure they'll find an advancement and remedy in this day and Age, soon. For now I'd try to keep those symptom culprits at Bay as best ya can. Cold compress and Eye drops maybe?
