بس الفرق نحن منحمص شوية برغل بالاخير مع زيت الزيتون ونضيفها مباشرة قبل التقديم ليطلع مقرمش شوي واحيانا بالشتي منسلق جنبها ورق ملفوف بدال ورق العنب اذا مو متوفر .
