I hope this works for my new HP deskjet 3752 wireless printer since I don't have internet and it won't connect to my cellular hot spot. I thought it would be plug and play with the USB cable but it is more complex than I thought.

This works! Many thanks! A shame the HP documents that came with the printer are useless. Would have saved me hours of anger. This world is becoming too crowded with "clever" things (such as wireless and remote access) badly explained, but there's a famine of easy alternatives for those who don't need or want cleverness. David Peck I have a HP Photosmart C6280 printer that used to work on an HP laptop with Windows 10 but after a SSD hard drive replacement, Windows 11 was installed and it no longer works. HP support appears to indicate that the only drivers available for this printer are diagnostic ones. Is this correct and does it mean the printer will not be able to work on windows 11?

I have an HP Smart Tank 610 series All-in-one. The printer software works fine, but the scanner driver does not work (anymore). Reinstalled everything, but unfortunately the same result. The HP Smart Tank 610 series scanner and the computer cannot connect to each other. That has been the case for several months now. Tried everything. Print and Scan Doctor does not offer a solution either. I suspect some Windows 10 update is the cause. Still, I hope HP can offer me a solution. I forgot to say that I'm using USB. My pc don't have an WIFI option.

Hello, I have an old HP Laserjet 5 printer that worked beautifully with the Windows Vista operating system and before that with Windows XP. Sadly my Vista machine died earlier this years as there were no updates available for a long while. Not as easy as it seem. Took a complete 1 hr to set up. Had to make an account, entre pin, postal code etc etc.. and then it all disappeared. Started the setup again , didn't got how to set up fax...! Skipped it and then finally got success.

This did not help at all, I went to set up my printer exactly the way your supposed to with new software and it gets to the usb part and than it doesn't work :(
The HP easy start found my printer in 20 seconds then made me use HP smart, however HP smart won’t find my printer it’s been over an hour AND IT STILL HASN’T CONNECTED!!!!!!!! Edit: just downloaded my printers software and or connected what a load of BS all these help videos never mentioned this

I have an HP Smart Tank 610 series All-in-one. The printer software works fine, but the scanner driver does not work (anymore). Reinstalled everything, but unfortunately the same result. The HP Smart Tank 610 series scanner and the computer cannot connect to each other. That has been the case for several months now. Tried everything. Print and Scan Doctor does not offer a solution either. I suspect some Windows 10 update is the cause. Still, I hope HP can offer me a solution. I forgot to say that I'm using USB. My pc don't have an WIFI option.

Hello, I have an old HP Laserjet 5 printer that worked beautifully with the Windows Vista operating system and before that with Windows XP. Sadly my Vista machine died earlier this years as there were no updates available for a long while. A friend of a friend who works in Currys said my Laserjet 5 will not work with my new computer as it operates on Windows 10 and the drivers are not available any longer. Is this true?

Hello, I brought a second hand Hp envy printer (hp envy 4507) in England, It came with ink cartridges which I have just found out are instant ink subcription, can you send me a email address to talk to someone at hp please? Not as easy as it seem. Took a complete 1 hr to set up. Had to make an account, entre pin, postal code etc etc.. and then it all disappeared. Started the setup again , didn't got how to set up fax...! Skipped it and then finally got success.

The HP easy start found my printer in 20 seconds then made me use HP smart, however HP smart won’t find my printer it’s been over an hour AND IT STILL HASN’T CONNECTED!!!!!!!!
