Very cool!! If you're using your finger to wedge your foot in, try a thin shoe horn? Surprised they don't provide a carbon one with the shoe.. would be a nice value add.

Did you choose the shape of the shoe or was it the shoemaker? It looks like there is a lot of room for customization regarding the shape of the sole, whether the heel is higher relative to the toes, angle of the cleat holes, curvature of the sole in the midfoot area etc.
