Scummy AF the way they have worded this. They know exactly what they're doing. It's a shame that you'll give them your time and hard earned money and Sony still want to exploit you. I totally get why people turn to pc gaming.
It’s still kinda weird of them to change the option from before to make it more of a permanent selection instead of just having the option to pay when you want. I wasn’t planning on rebuying my subscription until i wanted to, but wasn’t given to option to. I shouldn’t have to go all the way to youtube to find out how to do it and make sure i’m in the right place.

Given how Sony increased their rates for yearly subscriptions plus additional tiers. I’m not sure about paying $80 yearly for something I don’t use as much. Unless a sale comes up for PS plus, I’m not renewing any further. I also never cared for those premium tiers they implemented, I just want to get online with friends but I guess PC will do.

No it’s not permanent once the ps plus date is canceled it will not automatically buy it again and you can buy it whenever you want again
