I found the listing on mercari and the damage on zoro and ace was in the pictures but the damage on flamingo wasn't. The shipping was horrible but it is somewhat your fault for not looking at all the pics.

Dude if the seller it self said it had minor damage you would expect a crease or two, but the damage it was shown, it’s unacceptable, and the way the seller shipped it? It like he took a supermarket bag and threw it into a box, not even my dog would do that type of damage to a pop! 🤣
Favorite Funko right now is for sure Alphonse With Cats the Hot topic exclusive. And dang man me and my wife have the One Piece Funko line and all We are missing is Brook to get the whole crew.

Happened to me this week. I bought an 100$ limited to 1500 edition on ebay and paid for faster shipping and the seller no lie just wrapped the box in paper.
I then messaged and his reply was "i had no box for it, sorry " so im opening a case with the seller.
Also thank you for even opening our box in a video, really appreciate it 🙏

Bro literally something similar happend to me. I bought a kurama pop, I bought it fast because it was cheap. (Note: Condition said "good") I got it it the mail and saw his left eye was scratched to hell. I looked back at the post and did see the damage in the picture after close inspection, but the fact that they didn't put that in the description got me mad. Yes this was on mercari......

Sucks about the pops. Hopefully you can find a good deal for the ones your replacing. Brought 4 MHA banpresto figures for a really good deal ($55nzd) but they shipped them with no bubblewrap, just a few airbags. Glad they didnt break but lost a piece.

i hate it when this happens............ i just cannot live with it..... i would literally need to buy everything again.... my worst experience is with a massive 22 pop lot and it came with 1 sheet of bubble wrap, literally 1 single sheet and obviously all the side pops were completely destroyed. i did get a 40% off tho. so i kinda got my money's worth. but i was in the same situation, i was so happy before i got opened the box.

Well given the deal I think the other thing you can complain about is the shipping for sure. It’s a great deal for the pop you really wanted and that one wasn’t damaged. Not everyone is the best seller but he had pictures that you yourself said you didn’t see. Lowest star you can give him is 3. It falls more on the buyer than the seller except for the unacceptable shipping
It definitely falls more on the seller to ship the item correctly and disclose details on the items. Plus just because you get a deal on something doesn't mean it's acceptable for someone to sell items like this. That's like saying you got a deal on a new car, then it breaks down the next day and it's not the dealers fault. You can't make excuses for this kind of selling.
I buy lots of pops from Mercari and they are good sellers but man im so sorry this happened to you, when i buy something from there i read the description twice
