OMG when I sneeze and am laying flat on my back on a relatively hard surface and cannot get out of that position quickly enough to stop my spine and thus whole body getting jolted. I can usually half cough or stifle a cough log enough to change positions so that it’s not as painful but sneezing, especially when you have allergies just happens when it happens no matter what you do. Coughing or sneezing when standing or sitting is no where as near as painful as when laying prone imo.

The lower stomach pain can be due to muscle spasm. The arm pain can be neurological. Do speak to your rheumatologist about this so that it can be investigated to confirm the exact cause.

Long back I asked one of my friend, who is famous Orthodontist- he checked manually and told me that bones are good and I should see a Neurologist. He referred me good one. I got examined by him Long back, and he found no issues. It's around 5-6 years back. There days no one is here and I am feeling lot of pain in skull, back side only even while normal coughing. What tests I should do? And with which skill of doctor I should meet? I am a non smoker and non drinker 37 year, male, IT engineer. Thanks..
This can be due to enthesitis (inflammation where the ligaments of the neck attach to skull bone). Please see a rheumatologist & he/ she should be able to help you.

Difficult to give you an exact diagnosis without seeing/ examining you. You may be having trigger points in the muscle. see an orthopedic surgeon & discuss with him.

I have injured lumbar disks 1 2 3 and 4, from a military injury. A sneeze will paralize my legs and knock me to the floor.
