On Nov 25 at 2:50 pm I parked my Hyundai i10car in B2 parking driver took my key as it is tandom parking. We returned back at 4pm my car is in different parking place and it was not in original place where I parked and there is a big dent and scratches on left quarter pannel near fuel cap . Driver Teja, manager Tirupati and Narsimha came to give solution and we waited 2:30 hours with small baby and family still they asked us to go home they will go thorough CC cameras to find what was happend but there are no cc cameras which can capture the car new parking place. As damage happened at your parking place, LULU Mall management responsibility to repair my car or compensate the money to get it repaired in Hyundai showroom. Manger Tirupati said he will resolve in 1 hour now it’s 10 PM no solution and he is not lifting my call.
Seriously please don't visit on weekends felt so cramped no place to go and the food court not many options especially khansaab biryani please Dont try tasteless, chicken biryani for 350 and just 2 pieces of chicken and rice was like plain rice 👎
