They will get paid more when they generate more excitement by riding harder and having more, very intense competition like men. Also, keep in mind extremely few women ride downhill so they marketing to a very small demographic.

Is it just me, and speaking only of the vids I've seen - do girls seem totally happy for the winners, while blokes have a mixture of happy and sad because they didn't win.?
i wanna see speed, altitude loss, heart rate, time, map of track an progress on it . . . insane, real woman not some transfreak, with complex big as a mountain !
