Former Arizona Governor Doug Ducey spoke with U.S. Deputy Secretary of Agriculture Xochitl Torres Small, Brookings' Institution Tony Pipa and former North Dakota Senator Heidi Heitkamp at the UChicago Institute of Politics as part of the Bridging the Divide conference. On April 10 - 12th, the IOP convened students, policy experts, elected officials, and practitioners from across the nation to explore the root causes of and develop solutions to urban-rural polarization.

For some reason, this "healthcare" is vastly different from other healthcare. Nobody's legislating a woman's right to have a kidney transplant, or chemotherapy, or a root canal, or cosmetic surgery. Somehow this one "procedure" is different from all the others. What could be the difference? 🤔
