at overwatch is kinda broken tbh, its not counterable like others (stuka cas or p47) it has insane dps, but needs ramping up, which is way too fast and has an immidiate effect on enemy tanks

brumbar performance is pretty lacklustre, it misses most of its shots and even when it hits you rarely get the damage and kills you should be owed for direct hits.

buy a new computer that is able to handle games in the current time. My laptop is able to run this smoothly frame locked at 60 fps.

Axis have similar and do damage to anything not just tanks. I dont see how this is a bad ability.
