Kashmiri chilli powder - 3 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tbs
Salt( according to taste )
ginger - 1 Pieces

Just one clarification do you add turmeric or coriander pd as you say turmeric but in description box there is no turmeric but coriander. Please clarify.
No problem without turmeric. You can add. It's only for colour but also for killing germs.

I tried this recipe on republic day 2022.... It was amazing chechi. Husband flat aayi... I had a trust in you. Must try dish.
I have 2 suggestions. U can add raw pepper paste in the first masala. And half tomato in the second masala. It adds the taste. I tried these two things also.
Raw pepper paste as in grinding the green peppercorns with water in a grinder?
Ma'am... Some details mentioned are wrong.. it says coriander powder instead of turmeric powder ... Also don't u need a lil lime juice for a lil tanginess?
