Some context or pointers on what' happening would help a lot when you do these training sessions with people from around the world. What are they strong at? What move are they learning or naturally good at? How are you countering it? Or helping them train?

@@joelfraser6265 yeah, I realize that but it also adds about a 60+pct advantage over your opponent when they get the buckle. I almost always take the buckle if I am training with someone equal or less than me. I was just busting balls tho, no biggie 💪
