I was wondering where you're going with the sliced Tilapia. I thought you're making sweet and sour with it but as you put the ingredients one by one, it got farther from that dish till the time you put water and covered it. I suddenly thought, this guy must be a Bisaya and the DISH he made was Tinola. Later, I scrolled through your list of vids, I saw in one of the vids BISAYA. That confirmed it. You see, Tinola with fish is only mostly cooked by Visayans. Us, from Luzon, it's always chicken. Our closest to Tinola using Fish is a dish we call Pesang Isda or to some Pinesa.
She is not German!! She is Swedish!! Both Singers that met in Asia!! From Northern California !!
