This video presents how to summarize a categorical variable. Specifically, we discuss the idea of a frequency table, a proportion, a percentage, and bar charts and pie charts. These are likely not completely new ideas to you, but this video will help to put all these ideas together in the context of summarizing a single categorical variable.

I've just began this statistics course after two years of basically floating in class, and i think this might be it
Beautifully explained❤️❤️

Thank you prof
Thanks you. It is very helpful.
You’re welcome
i really liked it
You are so amazing!!
thanks :)
Is this the complete playlist of statistics to learn for data science?
it will provide a good start, but being honest, there is no complete list of everything to know for data science. anyone who claims that a particular playlist, or course, etc, is "everything you need to know for data science" is lying. there are a million things you could know, and the tools to know are expanding every day.
these videos give a solid foundation in the principles of statistics, and are better than most of what you will find anywhere, but they are not a complete list of everything to know
Wow ❤️❤️
does no on notice this dude wrote everything backwards
Well, actually he wrote normally and then flipped the video using some software. He told this in a comment in one of the previous lectures. But the work required to do all that is no less impressive. I really appreciate his efforts in teaching us an expensive course for free. Isn't he truly amazing ♥️.
