You can't duplicate the 80s what a great decade long live the 80s! Thanks for this!
The Yoplait jingle at 0:38 and the McDonald's Breakfast one at 5:58 are the kind of memorable jingles you just don't get anymore on TV.
Because every commercial has to be "funny", even things that should be serious like insurance
Jingles really took some work back then. Now, they’re just old songs.
When I looked at the rundown in the description box, I was expecting the Ultima II ad to be for the video game, not makeup. Boy was I surprised.😂
KRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAZY GLUE!
Thank you for this, as always! I appreciate you keeping me entertained during this time of forced house arrest ;)
I miss TWA what an awesome airline
The new cars on the commercial look like used cars now that I m watching the video lol
Taco Bell-guess theyre going to cook the poor guy alive
All The Rivers Run-love that epic dialogue,"YAAAHH!" and "NNOOOO!!!!"
KTVU Newsbrief-Harrington's(sp?) Bar probably lost its liquor license
City 98.9 FM-never mess with the radio dial while speeding
Pontiac Firebird-maybe he was also listening to City 98.9 while parking
PSA-always thought that the plane w/ the smiley face couldve been the star of a "Herbie the Love Bug" style movie
12:55
So surreal seeing a Jumbo Jack cost a dollar...
99 cents is now $2.35 adjusted for inflation. Keep in mind this was the price for a burger (no cheese), no fries or drink included.
80sCommercialVault Yep. Minimum wage was what, $4 an hour?
@@5roundsrapid263 $3.35 actually. That is $7.91 adjusted, nearly half of what the minimum wage in CA is today ($12).
That Pontiac parking job wasn't hot at all!
"NOT AN ACTUAL CELEBRITY"
DanZero77 yes, it was an epic parking fail!
Any way of knowing what song was used for the American Airlines commercial?
It's a jingle that was specifically composed for the ad. It's *not* a piece of popular music.
I would 86 the olives because I don't like olives.
They don’t put olives on anything these days.
