Speaking as an experienced Architect, Principal of firm and an instructor: This is a great video, and I highly recommend watching and subscribing. Some of the advice can apply to how you coordinate with your personal website and portfolio material also. I watched it as inspiration for my professional practice but definitely still applies to college/university level work. Great job Marsha!
Hi, next year im gonna start my first uni year of architecture and every time i think about it i get so stressed worrying about i won't be able to succeed enough or that im not good enough in certain subjects to keep up with the career. Luckly ive found your amazing channels and just by watching this video ive felt sooo much better, almost like a weigh has been pulled off my shoulders. Thank you so much for the amazing tips
After hundreds of youtube channels of architecture, I am really happpy to found one which I can feel relate. Thank you for the tips, they all are really inspirational and keeps me motivate to make my projects even better. It would be great some tips about which colour should we use in our diagrams That would be great! Cheers!
You don't understand how happy it makes me feel to read that! Inspiring people is really all I ask of this channel :) For colour, I don't really have 'ground breaking' tips really because I just go with my favourite colors, look on pinterest, look for themes and just imulate that. I hope that helps :)
I can see the time and effort to make all this together. I can also feel your intention to make sure that we would excel in our concept board. I appreciate that so so much. Thanks rasha. :) Btw i passed my deliberations after the second try thanks so much for the inspiration
What great and helpful video, thank you so so much! You explained the content pretty clear with such a good quality of different works. I'm going to share this video with my classmates.
'the last thing you need to be doing is learning a whole new software while in the panic of putting your boards together.' while me, watching this 15 mins before making my boards while the deadline is in few hours
Hello xx mam All your videos are very good with clear Explanation . If possible Do video with usage of Colours in sheets and Buildings it will be very helpful mam.... Thank you
Exam coming up, and I need to make a A0 board with two different buildings (danish residence and a modernist recidence from between 1910 - 1960) I too personally prefer horisontal boards but fear the layout of the two different buildings feel to narrow because they have to share board. Any good tips how to put up my board when two different buildings need to share the same space?
I dont get why some people use that large fonts. People see that it's a render, a section or a floor plan. You dont have to use a 10 cm title for every plan or sketch. Its just distracting
Adding white space between drawings will help them breathe more and help separate the different types. It won’t feel as cluttered and you will be able to focus on the content of every single individual drawing without being distracted by the other ones nearby

I've got the 2020 version

I dont get why some people use that large fonts. People see that it's a render, a section or a floor plan. You dont have to use a 10 cm title for every plan or sketch. Its just distracting
I think you are exaggerating. I haven't seen anyone using 10cm titles for everything
Can you help me which app you use to make boards with graphics
Indesign is the best for that!
Can I know what font do you used?
Bebas Neue or Ariel Black
What is the program that you use where you have a few boards in one file ? I need this to join seamless my boards and I do dont know how :(
It's InDesign or illustrator.
hey where can i download ?
Download what?
THANK YOU BOOBOO
Thank you for watching!
you showed us the types of arrangement in boards but didn't explain each one how to construct it
The tutorial for each board type is on the chanel
Not enough white space
In what?
In between drawings
Adding white space between drawings will help them breathe more and help separate the different types. It won’t feel as cluttered and you will be able to focus on the content of every single individual drawing without being distracted by the other ones nearby
😘
