Why don't we all stop talking shit and try and ACTIVELY help these people? Gurdwaras can only do so much, so it's up to us now.
That is so sad. That touch my heart and that's not easy to do. No one should have to be out in the cold that paid money to get there to try and lift themselves up. I'm going to pray for them and keep them in my heart. They certainly were not like the Christian hating Muslims refugees that are in the West and in America that want to live off of society they want to be productive and it hurts me to see that they are struggling like that because there is nothing worse than being cold all day and all night without food and shelter.
it makes me wonder what actions the indian government does to take care of this issue. i know these guys probably went to the uk illegally which is why they have absolutely no rights whatsoever, but it's still very sad that they live like animals. i think the indian government should step up and release warnings around india about these possibilities for people wanting to go to the uk. they should discourage them from leaving india especially in an illegal way because once they get to the UK, they are losing their basic human rights.

Guys this is a great video, I will personally pass on this link to my entire mail box. I have been in London and I know how difficult the things were there. I came back and believe me there is much happiness here in India then there. And if you want to go to London go from the right channel, remember if you are doing the right thing for immigrating then you don’t need an agent. If you feel the need of an agent you are going on the wrong track and might end up like these guys.

Get 10 or 20 of them together and rent a basement or house and share teh expenses...they'll only make it if they work together. Go hang out at the gurdwara and let the other punjabi's feel shame that their brothers are suffering.

Years ago I lived in Southall and the English had moved out so there would foreigners (Indians) so they should help their kind.

On one hand it's sad on the other hand if they help them that sends a message that all illegals can come to UK and be catered for, it's not how it works but now that they are here they should at least make it a bit easier for them even with temporary accommodation. And I don't understand why they have to use heroin let alone how they can afford it.
If you are tricked and taken advantage of it's a sad fate for you, most cannot help you but there is always another way.
They do the drugs because it numbs the pain of being out in the cold, and stops them from getting hungry for a few days.
Go and find the agent and get your money back. They lied to everyone and they took the bait. Gurdwara's how many off them are there in southall, they should help more for people in this situation.
I thought id mention people living in garages being exploited by some of their own,the govt know this is happening on a large scale and are doing next to nothing.Money being made off these peoples hardship.I feel for the families back where they come from too,this is done for them too.A charity could be set up to enable people to come here properly.
