You haven't lost much,WIZZ cannot be compared to Lufthansa.Over the years I have had many problems with WIZZ and I only fly with them if I have no other alternative.

I've been to Plovdiv but I took the train from Sofia.
I have never flown to or from Plovdiv airport.
