The Hu already had their song written. Then they gave it to Lzzy and told her not to worry about the translation of their lyrics, but to just treat their voices like other instruments and to write her own lyrics. So this is actually kinda like two independent songs happening at the same time.
Lzzy wrote the English lyrics. From what I've heard , Lzzy's Mom cried when she heard this.
If I was to summarise the Mongol culture, it would be along the lines of "destroy your enemies, and respect the women in your life"
I've also seen a quote that was attributed to Chengis, which was "no man can be Khan to his mother". No idea of the accuracy but it seems fitting.
The one they do with LP is another great one Mother Nature. They are using the proceeds of the song to plant trees across Mongolia 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

The lyrics are very beautiful, it really shows the importance of women. To men and to everyone. And the video is beautiful as well.

1:04 Actually, the Mongolian word for Human is Hun (pronounced Hoon), HU is the root word for Human and/or people, like the ancient Mongol tribe the Hunnu, or “People of the Steppes”.
No the etymology of Human is the latin humanus.
