- With just under 2 weeks I put the Mavic 3 pro though its paces and tested it out in numerous situations to see how capable it was. Its truely an impressive new drone from DJI, and has been a lot of fun to capture with the 3 different perspectives.

That was an amazing piece of videography Benn! The locations and sheer luck on capturing Australian wildlife in your review makes me crave more for the M3Pro. Ive owned the P4Pro & still own a MPro but your review has definately locked in the M3Pro for me, Thank you and keep up the good work.
These are some amazing shots! The scenery is so stunning, and your video really does it justice. I'm really impressed with the 70 mm Lens on your new Drone - it gives your footage a cinematic quality that the 24 mm can't match. I can't wait to try it out myself. Although I'm still attached to my mavic 3 cine, I think the 70 mm Lens is a game-changer.

Yes! They should make the drone bigger (phantom 5 pro+ hello!) and stick the wide angle and telephoto lenses all on the larger 4/3" (1 1/3"!) sensor.

Great review. Just how much better is the quality of videos produced on the Cine model with Apple Pro Res than say basic model outputting 10 bit? Wondering what to buy and if you think the Cine is worth the extra cash? Thank you.
Cheers much mate nice zoom in effect on intro, and on another channel I think you have to press on screen to keep zoom cameras in focus and just a suggestion the background music's too loud other than that its great 👍😊

i noticed some unsteady yaw motion. Which is really hard not to do. One thing that would help would be to really slow down that yaw axis rotation speed in your settings. Will make that pivot around your subject with the zoom lenses a lot smoother.

Nice wildlife shots! I film wildlife and thinking I am going to order today. As will be perfect for me. Is there any diffencr in the normal mavic 3 x7 camera to the Pro. As my mavic 3 x7 is very mushy.

I live in Australia and my wife is American, so forgive me, I had to check your figures. The USA is the 4th largest country in the world, and Australia is the 6th largest, with 78% of the area, so “almost as big” is definitely accurate. The population of the USA is 332 million, so 1/4 of this would be 83 million. However Australia’s population is actually 25 million, so more like 1/13th. Most of our continent is desert though, so imagine if all of your inland states were basically like Arizona. I hope that puts things into perspective for you. Having said that, there is definitely some amazing natural beauty here that’s well worth exploring if you ever get the chance.

Hey mate, being in Australia, did you register your drone? Do you know what is the requirement here? I know it is not required for mini 3 pro because it weighs less than 250 gms.

Hi Benn…i have a question…please answer…the quality of the image on the mavic 3 when we crop for vertical video is different from the quality of a mini drone? (mini 4 pro for example)

I currently have the Air 2S and got the RC Pro with it, its a bit pricey but it's a good decision. I have little to no transmission issues and I get to use the RC like a tablet when I'm not flying lol plus the HDMI port allows me to live stream my flights at events
@@ChevaughnBeckford how many kilometres can you fly? I have Air 2S with basic RC and its fine like for 1km or so then signal drops. It's now even neer 8 or 10km claimed. Will you switch to Mavic 3 Pro?
Range and stability is fine when you fly legally, that is, in VLOS. It seems almost everybody on CZcams is flying illegally though. Be aware that any insurance you have is null and void when flying illegally, and believe me, your carrier will know. Do you feel lucky?
@@user-lu9mh3xt4p With the RC Pro I can go 3-4KM with no issue in my small town. If I go out into some nice open land with no obstructions I can easily go over 5km without losing signal. I also notice that the higher you are above trees and buildings, the better the signal. I don't plan on upgrading soon because I'm getting great videos with the Air 2S. If you have the funds the RC Pro is an investment as it is compatible with all the newer drones if you plan to upgrade in the future. I'm patiently waiting on the Air 3 lol, I'm a huge fan of the Air category of drones.
I’ve just been to the Faroe Islands with the Mavic 3 classic (DJI RC) and my friend was shooting with the Mavic 3 Pro (DJI RC PRO) and we had pretty much identical range and transmission interference across the islands. I thought the RC PRO would have been superior in the range and interference but this was NOT the case. I don’t think you need anything more than the DJI RC for general flying.
The benefit RC PRO is the brighter screen, better sticks, internal storage, 1080p screen recording, and the apps…and a few more
