🍽️ Ingredients:
8oz (250g) Penne Pasta
400g chicken fillet
2-3 tsp olive oil
1 large onion
2 bell peppers (i used 1 red and 1 white)
1 small zucchini
3 large garlic cloves
400g tomato pasta
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
25g Kalamata olives (about 8), sliced
400g chicken fillet
200g ricotta
100g cheddar cheese
salt, black pepper, oregano
