Some of these weapons at lower ranks aren't really that bad. The hurricane is actually really good it's just that ( imo ) 2 of them will get the job done better. Also the cyclone, I've seen more since it's buff and the weapon isn't a push over weapon, same with the road fish, have like 2 or 3 or 4 if you feel like it and they will do pretty well.

And hurricane in pvp okay... But not payable in clan wars...
one time i got shot right in the front of my build (cabin) with a scorp and the shot went right through it and destroyed my colossus engine, didn't hurt anything else just the engine. Then i had to drive at like 13 kp/h becuase i drove an almost overweight spider.

I'd say both mastodon and firebug are S tier aswell, they perform dang well on a proper build and capable hands :) Mastodon has the most damage of all cannons and is capable of just pushing into enemys face countering its disadvantage, long range fighting. and firebugs can take out unaware hovers in a splitsecond, paired with a flash it's dog players wet dream :)
What they really need to do is replace those bars with numbers cause how do i know how much damage it does how fast does it fire what's the effective range unless I look at a wiki or test I'm not gonna people should not have to put up with that if I'm buying something I wanna know what I'm buying not be left to guess
Well its not definite the dps numbers as fights vary. Plus the exo u can test the weapon dps.

@Ethan Mallory Surprisingly that's not how it works lol. i.e. Cerberus has less bars than harvester but deals way more dps. The bars are not only obscure, they are also highly inaccurate and should always be ignored.

From my experience, cyclones shine at medium-long range and excel at taking out heavily armored targets.
Unlike helios , no matter the damage boost
As someone who has found a lot of joy as a sniper in competitive games and using single-shot weapons like bows in other games like Far Cry, the Toadfish is one of my absolute favourite weapons in the game, but I fully agree with its placement. It's tough to use and very hard to armor, but it is super effective at middle power scores. I would totally be using scorps or phoons if I could afford them, but I don't think I will ever match the joy I get from flipping even some really chunky builds with that impulse on the Toadfish.
As I commented to another viewer, back in the early 1970's while I was in the US Army, I fell in love with the quad-50 cal machine-gun. I'm glad to see that all 3 of my favorite quads (grenade launcher, machine-gun, & shotgun) made the top level. While I agree with the ranking of the hurricane, I still like it. The trick is to shoot at busy targets. Find some poor sucker with a flamethrower in his face or with 4 mini guns coming from behind and launch at him. They rarely evade and if they do it is often at the cost more damage from the your other team member. One of my FUN builds (as opposed to my GO KILL SOMETHING builds) is an all missile build with 2 hurricanes and a stack of pyers. Pop a pyer and the target cloaks the fire a hurricane as soon as he decloaks. Once again my primary weapon in the US Army has the Nike Hurcules. Once again old memories and emotions overriding logic. Thanks again for these.

With imps/fidgets I find mixing a Aurora with 2 imps/fidgets lets you heat up parts while you close the distance to rip off their weapons and armor.

The Imp does state ALL Rapid Fire gets 5% - don't if I should go with 3 IMPs and Aurora or 4 IMPS for the 20% bonus, I keep thinking the heat part is double, and with the 3 IMPS, it's another 15%.
@@1stLothorian the Aurora also gives you a lovely lazer pointer for your shooting. Plus it's pretty easy to have the Aurora on a separate key to heat up parts while your close range.

Always loved the drake. Dont forget that front mount drakes or horizontal mandrakes are dead now though. Great with harpy and become lazer beams with torero.

a BIG issue is how many of these weapons you need to be effective. huge cost difference betweeen say 2 breakers and 4 or 5 porks.
Can you update your ranking list with the new weapons and the changes that were made? For example the pulsar shots are very much faster then before and the assembler feels better as well
I still love Pulsars and if you use them well they can be very effective
3:50 The mandrake, what if they buffed them (not dmg wise or anything insane like that), but, added a circle on the map on where you gonna hit, that way, they be way better with aiming at enemies hiding spots, instead of having to bet where your aiming when you wanna shot over buildings, had been kinda cool for it imo.
I was a harvester main, then they changed the perk to exactly what no one wanted and then nerfed the damage to the ground. When I try to go back to melee I do better with buzzsaws or maulers at low PS, can't get harvester to work anymore. I'd say C and keep praying for a rework

Spark III is also good for: Minesweeping, and countering Missiles. It's kinda bumped down to A class from Power Creep. Now, you've got a Relic Tesla Turret, and a dedicated anti-missile/mine module (For less Energy.) It's still really good, it's just no longer The Best. S tier is reserved for The Best.
ppl may have unrealistic expectations tho so i'm adding my 2c. it has terrible depression, slow rotation and is usually angle restricted on dogs. So sometimes you can't hit mines if you're too close like when kapkanned. a rake of melee parts in the front are usually more reliable at killing kaps. However it also kills annihilator drones and porcupines instantly, which are a common sight in clanwars.
@@pitiponk1 Depression on a Tesla turret? Are you kidding me? You don't have to mount it in front of your cabin, with a Harvester in front of that. Try side mounting one, or undermounting it for Mine-Sweeping. If you don't block it, Spark goes directly to ground.
in my personal opinion they REALLY need to upgrade the resource rewards for new players. I've had 4 friends who stopped playing after playing for a couple months, and they all said this "too much time in, not enough rewards out" because they didn't like the grind of getting 10-25 scrap for a win in a normal scrap game just to make one weapon after grinding hundreads of scrap over 6-8hours. who else thinks they should make the resource rewards to 2x the amount being give today? or maybe events were resources are given out in 3-5x the normal amount for like a week?
I play Nidhogg I whould say its ok in C it got a great buff last update It's not op but It can kill a breaker what is in my opinion impressive it's very hard to play with but also no1 knows how to play against what is very good when attacking relics that forget that they can die...

I really love the Nidhoggs. They have cannon damage at lower power requirement.
And the range isnt that bad, if you are fast you can just go for hit and run attacks.

I have just made my budget MLRS build that has Hurricane and only 4000 power score. Works pretty well actually.
I think that the arbiter is the best weapon if you have alot of money because it has a 3 energy drain.

Punisher is weakest in my opinion. Tested it against Equalizers on heating parts and the Equalizer did more Damage than the Punisher. I'm my opinion the Punisher needs more accuracy and less spredd.

My assemblers are fused with a durability of 369 a piece. Lol I guess...if you fuse them they can be very deadly
Happy to see retchers are S class, in sure everyone can agree, it’s only weakness is its low durability, but me who uses a retcher dog on a Nova, one of the most all-round best builds for CW

These days every raid I play has at least 2 retchers; they are amazing cleanup weapons, and great for annihilating players in missions if you catch them off guard
I have 2 retchers paired with the humpback and omg even though I don't have them armoured they dish out massive amounts of damage. I have 12k coins rn and debating whether to get the cohort or a couple draco's, a apollo, or wait for the new season to see what's new and if it's worth buying the new stuff.
@@eatsnowanddie save coins, grind legendaries, then sell to buy relics. Can be a bit slow, but work the market to get more coins. Also dracos pair really nicely with blight, which then is fun with other fire weaps like bugs or porcs.. And if fire is your thing, fusing a blight hauler can be FUN!

Anybody else think the devs don't care at all about armor likes seriously the rusty metal from firestarters provides more protection by weight compared to steel alloys made for military vehicles from steppenwolves like compare the 2x4 thorns plate (80 dur for 90 kg) and the wedge piece (76 dur for 156kg) if I remember those numbers correctly

Draco’s being B tier is funny to me. Maybe not so much for PC but on PS4/5 triple Draco’s or two Draco’s with a spark is a nasty build to come across.

i think the assembler should be at least B tier... your skill must be even higher than with scorp... but it can be more rewarding as well... its the better gun for stripping.
I would not put pulsar in same category as hurricane, it's still usable weapon, although yes I agree after many nerfs and big hitbox it's no longer A or B weapon. Annihilator is still used and it can still pose a threat, so maybe B. Imps should be in same category as aspects though - hard to tell if B or A. Imps become usable in leviathan battles but both of them are not very competitive since punishers got buffed. Scorpion, Mastodon and Firebug should definately be one tier above Helios. Helios is no longer used that much, it's being outclassed by most of the S and A weapons. Arbiter would better be suited for A category since punishers can do better as hovers, and KTM arbiter cars don't work that much in current kapkan/heavy meta

3 Helios and a hover nova can be the deadliest thing out their, it was a 4v1 all relic clan verses the Helios and the Helios guy wipe them out

it's very good until you get degunned by a punisher/banana/reaper/scorp that know what they're doing. Top tier clanwars build but it's not invincible, you really want to flank and only tank with the shield on. Also the helios itself is bad at degunning because of the perk.

How can you place the retcher over the scorp. I'll take any retcherbuold on with my scorp. Retcher are striped just puffing at them.
Because this list was made for the average player, not your top tier clan war expert that can one shot your frame from across the map. It was a heated debate on the discord, trust me.
@@MrGPlays well im not that clanwars expert mu clan just plays tin in good times bronze. And i meet a lot of relicclans at this level. And most of the times, lets say 75% the scorp makes the difference. Dont get me wrong the retchers are perfect support but not more than that. For me that makes them at a lower place than scorps. Scorps should have been at the top 5 of the list.
Great vid G! I dont agree with u on the Hammerfall tho, its legit almost equal to a Breaker. It is also the only gun in the game that actually jams weapons turn speed, so not really a vanilla shotgun. U hardly ever see Dracos, so i would put them in C. They can do a lot of DPS as well.

Umm depends on the build. The Hammerfall has actually better firing angles than the Breaker. It only maybe has what, 50 or 100 more damage for a weapon 8x the price. Plus pairing Breakers and Hammerfalls is pretty good
@@carbidee5612 I use a breaker hammerfall I can say is sucks having the hammerfall , its does a lil less damage and gets degunned too easy compared to my breaker
@@carbidee5612 no.... literally any team decent who sees hammers on the enemy team has him/her stripped before they even get into the fight. 2) breakers and bugs wipe them off the map because of the invulnerability perc on the breakers they strip hammers in 5 shots... less than 1 singular burst.

How is a reaper better than dracos?
Ive been playing for a half year now, i have alot of purple but nothing in either of these categories. However these weapons seem unobtainable still due to their market prices on xbox one.
If you get prem account it will speed up.the rate that you can get them. The packs alone can give enough to get something good. On packs alone I was able to get 2 reapers,2 retchers, and quite a few more. I'm currently sitting just above 12k coins rn just waiting for the new seasons and then debate on what to buy.
if you don't have one yet, get an apollo before any of those. There's quite a few epics that are very competitive even in clanwars.
There is such a large portion of the game im missing out on! So far ive been just playing scap metal, battery and wires PVP.. cant get enough but id like to start acquiring relics/legendary to be competitive in the elite crowd. The game has a small community and seems to be slightly dwindling but i love it so much. Ill play for another 3 years
@@miles4270 Get into a clan with discord that accepts beginners. you'll get through harder content much easier and learn pro strats way faster. As soon as you can get into clanwars, you'll progress fast enough that you can get a competitive build with legendaries within a couple months. You don't need to be competitive to do high lvl content. Doing high lvl content is what makes you competitive.
Theres no way I'll ever be able to get to use one of these haha with how busy I am I don't think I'll get much further then 1 or 2 purple items
Don't doubt yourself, I made 1.5k through the market over a year while only playing 30 hours in the entire year. If you can't farm things out spend some time learning the market trends and fluctuations before using some small capital you have accumulated to make some investments when something is down or the entire market is low (this happens all the time but the big ones are usually when free crafting events show up or when a new potentially OP weapon comes out which tanks the price of the rest of the category down for a short period before people realize that new things aren't always OP or the devs nerf it. If you are a real risk-taker like me then you can even put your own assets on the line to make investments and sometimes it pays off (for example selling off your purples when they reach a really high point and using that to invest in something low that is bound to go back up or even simply waiting out the high market.) One of the risks I took a while back was to sell my crickets at a med point for 300 each and use that to buy an RN seal at its low point of 260ish and to buy 5 goblins at the low point of 20 each then I used them in a build during key events but didn't play much at times when there wasn't a big event. After waiting a couple months my goblins gained 80 each in value turning my 100 investment into 500 while my RN seal went from 260 to almost 400. The market is what makes me love Crossout even more because if you play and pay smartly then you can beat the farming and the p2w (unless you want relics in which case you can farm away and use all your extra capital to make mass investments in things that are going to go up for sure or you can take a risk and buy something like 50 goblins at 20 hoping they go up at least double if not 5 times like they did for me so that you can make more than 1k profit but at those massive numbers it is safer to buy things like RN seal low and then wait and sell your 10-20 RN seals when there is at least a 20-40 price margin for you to sell in because RN seal never stays low even if it takes a couple months for it to go up.) The one key thing to remember here is that anytime you are looking to make profits from the market remember that your profit margin should be at least 2-3 times the buying and selling fees.

1k hours passed and it doesn't really get better. Just forget about the grind. Play low powerscore PVP, you get the same rewards. Work towards a solid raid build to reliably farm plastics & electronics. Try not to buy stuff to sell it at a loss a day later, you'll get eaten by the tax, test weapons/builds that interest you in exhibition before committing your coins. Ignore fusing completely. Get an apollo as 1st legendary, decide on what weapon type/role you like and work towards the closest cheap clanwars viable build. Join a clan with a discord asap to learn the ropes, get a foot into clanwars & progress much faster. The grind happens naturally in the background and you'll get there eventually with a good plan. But if you focus on the grind you won't last to see the nice stuff.

Honestly the only things that make some of these a and s guns litterally broken to fight and to use is the fact they are spammed on hovers almost exclusively.
Honestly I feel like a couple of these relic weapons could be like a B teir only because I really don't see them that often and when I do I murder them.
hover is the quintessential glass cannon, no wonder it's gonna make guns that need the mobility more effective. there's always a counter tho and hovers get comfortably wrecked by competent dog teams, reapers & retchers

@@deadlad_ mammoths are good, great for alpha damage and a single shot from them or even fatmans can ruin someones day, but I'd go for retchers, there just so good in so many ways, raids and missions, and the damage is really good, I'd say go for retchers, and an appolo if u can as radiaters are really important for retchers, but a gasgen will do fine for now

I just built my first hurricane yesterday and paired it with the echo and 3 pre's and ngl I feel 2 hurricanes is the way to go, got a lot of hits on people, yes there were clook people but that's expected but I hit more than I thought. I do have 2 reapers and 2 retchers and those 2 weapons are my favorite weapons in the game, I did get the reaper ck from the gift that we got and my reaper build has no protection for them and still quite well with them even though it's easy to kill I'm really deadly.
The tsunami is probably the best bang for its buck gun in legendary and relic tiers
it would be if it had some kind of bang. Honestly when we see tsus in clanwars we ignore them and focus the rest of the team. it has the same issue as the hammerfall where the relic is godlike and the legendary is garbage. if you're getting your first legendary, i'd take an apollo & 2 fat man instead of 2 tsunamis for clanwars any day.

I feel the ranking based more emotional reasons than actual things. Example 3 draco/skiner build eats all firebugs example. I love mammoth but that weapon basically useless due to everyone use meele,shotgun,spark etc. Reacher is good dmg but bold choices. If not on hover and you are a good hover player you got no chance. 1 hit all lost. The most op weapons in clan wars are Typhoons ,porcupine, cyclone,draco, breakers,scorpions maybe reapers.Those weapons ruled the top 10 clan battles in last week example.
Downside to dracos vs firebugs is dracos have much more limited firing arcs. So my bug build can fire probably 270 degrees. So dracos mostly a problem if they get a good angle, otherwise if I get the angle, they're ineffective. Then there's good'ol mass, so dracos (or bugs) on a blight, there's not much mass left for armor. Bugs on a humpback or cohort, and tank the damage until blight goes boom. Plus I think flash > skinner because flash deals movement & heat debuff.
@@brolohalflemming7042 my build with draco howl cabin to get the 20%dmg and more weight. And skinner+3 draco. The 3 draco do more dmg than 2 firebug. And in my build draco is under the frames so only scorpion or porcupine can take it out. But anyway due to my draco so under my car no enemy can kill me 1v1 only hovers. Really rare like 1 from 10 when i lose vs not a hover. But thats why i use skiner not kapkan ^^
I think Porcupines are a bit overpowered in PvP right now. The issue is that a player can just use 6 or 9 energy of Porcupines and be extremely effective while not needing a generator or even an Epic rarity cabin. And in PvP, the uncoordinated teams and bots don't evade the barrels very well. Another problem with Porcupines at lower powerscore is it allows hovers to counter shotguns and other "dog" builds.
Cyclone or reaper people?
Cyclone is basically a machine gun shooting explosive rounds at sniper range
Is the way to obtain legendary/relic weapons by doing raids and PVE gametypes instead of PVP?
The best way is to try and complete as many daily challenges as possible to farm scrap for crafting, and DEFINTELY do the weekly challenges to get badges. Save up for the Pathfinder's Container and either sell it or open it, either way you're guaranteed several hundred coins. I do 3 Hard Raids every day and 2 Medium raids with Plastic as the reward, which means I need a fuel barrel on my car in missions to load up for the extra raids. That way I get the maximum number of engineer badges for my raids. Also make sure you're completing the scrap, wires and batteries weekly challenges for some extra badges, and the brawls victories get you a few too. I've been playing the game for a year (albeit every day of the week for most weeks) but I've managed to acquire 2 Retchers and 3 Toadfish, not to mention most of the important purple modules, wheels and hovers. Getting the battle passes also helped as they give you really nice coin boosts and the free cabins and stuff never hurt. Long story short, this game requires A LOT of grinding to get good stuff since most of the nice rewards require you to complete weekly challenges, and if you miss even one day in a week, it makes it a lot harder to do. Also, NEVER craft something that would be cheaper to buy; rather craft something that is more expensive and sell it, then buy what you want. Watch the market, there's plenty of variation in the prices of things even within the same tiers.
Honestly? Retcher is higher tier than Scorpions? Scorpions take out weapons across the map, if the person wielding it is good enough it's almost impossible to not give it free value. Popping all movement parts, all weapons or vulnerable parts with ease compared to a gun that's big, low durability, bad hitbox but huge potential damage and slow projectiles.
Why don’t weapons have 1/2 energy ? That would be nice if they didn’t always use whole numbers for energy...
wait the cyclone B ? it got a bit buff i think its insane you need to test them (3 oh them on a build) but they do realy good dmg
