I agree with literally everything. But totl just needs a complete revamp for the amount of stupid skips, like you could literally skip floor 3 with 2 lhj's
skips are good, and doing them should be considered legit, because the skips exist and dont require glitches or anything, just a bit harder gameplay Edit: i always use the major (INTENTIONAL) skip in f5 of toh
I mostly agree with this video, but I'll add that if you use alot of minor skips then it's also very unlegit, I normally never use skips but like you said, if they skip an rng section then I'll do it. The only part I don't agree with is that skipping a difficulty spike is unlegit, unless it spikes massively (like 1.5 difficulties above the intended difficulty) then yeah it's legit, but if you're skipping minor spikes like in ToTS floor 9 I would consider it semi-legit, ofc it gets more unlegit the easier the spike is, but for the ToTS example I see no problem with skipping a few jumps because i don't even know anymore
