Rei Yasuda comment
If you just look at the title, you probably imagine a happy Sunday morning with sunshine shining through. The exact opposite world awaits you, so please enjoy the gap between the two (laughs).
In this song, I sing with VivaOla-kun about the differences between two people happening inside a small apartment. I think the fun of the collaboration really shows in the lyrics. I wrote the lyrics from a woman's point of view and Viva wrote them from a man's point of view, but they are not facing in the same direction, so much so that I wanted to make a comment to them, "Of course there are differences! (laughs).
The woman is ready to put an end to the relationship, but the guy is not really aware of it and is somewhat carefree. I think the gap between these couples is quite realistic. I'm very curious to see what everyone can relate to.
VivaOla's comment on the song
When I visited Rei Yasuda on the radio before and she said, "I really want you to write a song for me next time! I never thought it would happen so soon.
It was a session where I personally learned a lot of new things, especially the way Rei Yasuda faces and focuses on lyrics.
