Planning to make a move next year from eastern Canada to Calgary but the rent are starting to scare me. I looked up this building and wasn't sure how far away it is from the main downtown core. Great video! I think the unit video I received from the leasing agent shows one bedroom apartments starting at $1950 which is pretty pricey. Pet fee is also steep compare to other new buildings. Not sure if this location is ideal for a person who won't be having a vehicle to get around. Thanks for the video!
Yes.. rent prices have seriously gone up crazy in the past 2 years. I would recommend something closer in the Beltline or something near transit. Yes they must've changed it from when I inquired. :( Good luck with your move if you decide to come live here :)

I know it’s been on year later and I totally loved the last apartment. Do you know how much is it currently?
I don't know exactly how much it would be but im assuming its probably 2k+ for one bed one bath! Thats kind of the going rate of the ones in the downtown area! Hope this helps :)

You will have to reach out to them by email or calling :) you can search it up on google West Village Towers rent cafe or rent faster or even their own website and will give you more accurate prices but I would contact them directly for an exact price.

Yes the place looks decent but that’s comparable to Ontario, southwest ontario to be specific. Alberta housing prices don’t seem to be what people say they are
